눉Awful customer service. There were several inconveniences and to solve them it took several hours. One staff would say something and the other one would contradict it. One of the simple things we wanted to do was to pay for internet and get a code to use it because they didn't include internet. To pay for the internet they sent us to another place and that place sent us back to them and then we had to pay there and go back to the other place to get the code that took us an hour. To change rooms because the room of my other family members was to far even though we told them we wanted to be close together that took like 2 hours because the places were far and we had to go in a car from one place to another because it was tiring and I have knee problems. To much walking to get from one place to another within the resort even though they said they have go carts we can use as transportation but I hardly saw any around available and they were not accessible. When you needed one you had to request at the front lobby or called for one but we had to wait like an hour for them to come. The first night they kicked out my brother from restaurant because he had knee length pants even though guest services said they would make an exception and allow him in for that night since he forgot his dress pants and none of the pants in the shop that was inside the resort did not fit him because he uses plus size. The resort had some he could borrow but they didn't have his size either so they said they would allow him to stay in the restaurant that night but he had to try to buy some pants in town the next day if he wanted to eat at the restaurants a la carta. They made him go to his room which was far and get shoes and when he got back they let him in but the waiter did not give him a menu to order because he did not have pants. He explained that guest service said he can enter for today but they said he couldn't stay.
눇I like the all inclusive concept.because you pay one price and that is it but in this resort you had to pay for internet and it didn't work for me. At the bar in the pool you had to pay $3 for each coconut water, you had to pay to go to the bowling alley they had inside and to the waterpark they announce on their site, etc.
