The room was a bit too cold for me and the air conditioning was way too loud all the time.

The breakfast was great, good coffee. Bed was comfortable, the mattress not too soft, not too hard and the pillow also firm enough to rest your head in a good position. The staff was very accommodating and polite.

Everything was OK

The room was really comfortable and spacious, bed was ok (someone might feel it hard, I prefer it). The breakfast was fabulous. There is a construction place now around the hotel (new tram line under construction), so it is a little bit difficult to get to the city on foot, but not a big problem. It is close to the harbour and the hotel allows dogs. Good parking space.

The food quality is not very high. The room furniture is basic as sanitary equipment in the bathroom

The staff is polite and efficient. Breakfast proposes a good food assortment. Gym for training is well equipped and functional. The room is large. I found also slippers. The distance from the center isn't a great problem, not more 10/15 minutes. Moreover you can walk in a new district, very interesting

Quick check-in, comfortable bed, the window opens (this is important for me), there is the possibility of fresh air, although the room already has a good climate. Everything is convenient, thought out, comfortable, wonderful staff, the room is very clean and quiet, good sound insulation. Great location. This hotel have a restaurant. Nearby is a shopping center.

Beds and pillows were quite hard so it was slight disappointing. First time hotel where there was no bin in room (in toilet was) but recycling boxes in hallway. It worked fine for us.

Location and premises were very good. Breakfast was also good. Short distance to port terminals big plus when arriving late hours, just short walk to hotel.

We wanted to book a massage but the spa was booked up when we made our reservation so we had to go elsewhere. Maybe consider extending it somehow( not sure how!)

Great location and glad we chose a sea view room. Only minor comment is to put a variety of tea in the room, and more coffee. Appreciate we could have asked for more (we didn’t)

There is construction going on all around... a little dirty. The room was quite shabby. Shabby furniture. The color of the furniture is reminiscent of grandma's closet from the 50s.

Nothing really.

The location was perfect, just a 5 minutes walk away from the ferry terminals and a 10 minutes walk away from the city hall and 5 minutes walk to rottermann city. There is also a shopping center with a supermarket right in front of the hotel. When we arrived we asked for slippers at the reception and it was brought to us within 5 minutes. The cleaning ladies were also very attentive asking us when we left for breakfast if we wanted our room cleaned. We just let our room cleaned once and asked for fresh towels and soap in between and they were replaced immediately. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. The service at the breakfast was also very good, even on our last day which was a weekend day they managed the lots of people. The room was huge and very comfortable, thr view exceptional. The bathroom could get a rennovation, it was outdated and the bathtub partly falling off on the sides but it was sufficient for our 6 days stay in tallin. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for the experience!

For the price we paid, we got a lot, hardly anything to complain. Just a minor thing, the bathroom seemed to be a mix of old (Soviet times?) and refurbished. And for more convenience we would have liked a levelled walk-in shower instead of a narrow tub, which was a bit tricky to leave with wet feet.

Perfect location - close to Old Town, close to shopping Centres, close to ferry terminals - walking distance. Very good connected with public transport as well, we used the bus (2) from/to airport. Very kind staff. Very good breakfast, warm and cold buffet plus cosy atmosphere. The room size was fine, clean and very comfy beds!
