The only thing I would've preferred that I didn't have, was one double or full-sized bed instead of two single beds. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew more Estonian, but I sincerely appreciate that everyone I encountered spoke English. I don't expect this in all the various countries I visit, but it makes my trip much easier. Thank you!

Too expensive for an outdated standart twin room. Swimming pool and all the spa area is too cold. Only one small jacuzzi to sit in. Small sauna fits max 4 people on the bench. Angry staff lady at the spa. No fridge, no kettle in the room. Bathroom is all wet after showering.

The only thing I love was breakfast and comfy bed. Also quiet place for a good sleep.

It would be good to have kettle in room.Showering made all wc wet. Didnt ask in reception,but would be glad to have children potty and some pool accesories ,like robe or slippers, in room. I could recomend common sauna where parents with children can use together.

Beautiful surrounding.Xc skiing, ice skating on lake. Delicious breakfast for all kind visitors-little ones and parents:) Cool kid room on 2nd floor,pool was ok for our needs.

Spa only had pools and a tiny jacuzzi, also two small saunas, no bar area. Rooms were rather old and 4th floor smelled really bad.

There are only same-sex saunas, which is not optimal when going on a romantic trip with your spouse.

The staff was very welcoming. The surrounding area is beautiful. Liked that there's an option to choose between bar and a restaurant for dinner.

Fridge in room would have been nice also some minor things need updating, squeaking doors, dirty carpets etc. I understand that the stay include SPA zone (which is decent but not the best out there), but standard room rate seems a bit excessive

Good breakfast, a lot to choose from, stayed one night and during those days it was pretty empty which was great to visit the pool area, had it almost to myself. Nice area for hiking or just for walks.

Rooms are ok but more like 3 star, staf at check in could be a lot more friendly and welcoming. Hotel restaurant is really only a pub without service, with pub food quality.

Location is fantastic at the lake, sauna and swimming pool with great views.

Under the beds there was a very uncomfortable headboard that made it impossible to sit on the bed (to watch tv for example).

Room didn't have fridge and/ or a kettle which would have been nice.

Nice surroundings, spa area was nice (one big pool & jacuzzi, 2 saunas) but big windows so you can look at the nice view from jacuzzi. Overalla, very relaxed place with different sport activities available. Gym was small but enough to get a good workout. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean and comfortable, ours was with big balcony as well.

You can take a towel and walk to swim directly from hotel. Lake view and sun balcony of swimming pool and spa area Lot of dining places - pub, restaurant, tower cafe (only Fr-Sun)

Its not that I didn’t like hut pool area was closed for sanitary work what I can understand. We had things to do during our stay out of hotel and we went only for sleep there so we didn’t care this time.

The spa area is relatively small (one big pool, one small jacuzzi, and 2 separate saunas for women and men. There isn't a satl chamber as advertised. Bowling and billiard are both very expensive.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area , surrounded by lakes and nature. It is very peaceful and quiet, with a very nice walking area and a tennis court. The food in the restaurant is superb, staff is welcoming and speaks good English.

Pool was really chill. Not enough showers in spa. From pool to lake is a huge territory, where is one small ca 6 person jaquzzi. It's clearly not enough for hotel of this size. Beds are cheap, I usually sleep like a baby till 10-11, especially after skiing,, sauna and dinner, but woke up already 9am, very thin doors and noise from corridors woke me up
