Beds keep splitting, as it is just two single beds put togheter. Rooms could use freshening up, repaint the walls, change curtains etc.

The flooring and bathroom door were a bit worn out. There were no slippers to use in the room. The breakfast menu item selection is a bit lackluster. The official check in time is a bit late for me, however the staff let me into my room earlier as it was unused before me.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, they would answer any and all questions asked. Sauna and swimming area was clean, equipped with towels for sitting in the sauna. The time window for getting breakfast is reasonable.

There wasn't shampoo in the bathroom (it said toiletries are included), only soap. Our room wasn't bad but felt quite outdated. Classic breakfast. For this type of hotel I would expect something more special/some creativity.

SPA area was great! I loved that kids pool was warm(!), shallow (safe for small children) and large. My son loved it. I didn't manage to try saunas but they looked very nice and there were at least 5 different ones.

It seams ASA has no the major theme. Like sea, old sagas, vikings, health of Baltic Sea ... For me it is always so interesting to learn some facts about whatever :) You could use all the spare of the walls tell your story!

The stuff is amazing and walking tours are so much inspire! If you want some getaway with sea and stuff, ASA is the thing :)

Well room 223 bed is too strong madrass so my back hurt in the morning. Tv channels are bad quality. No mini fridge in room. Chair is uncomfortable wood to sit because there's better one's other rooms.no free water in rooms even there is coli bacteria around in Kuressaare. Salt sauna smelling like someone peed on floor. Breakfast no bacon no fried eggs but it's okay. Evening dining menu not exiting.

Good spa hotel to rest out. Close to sea and nice view from spa windows. I still like saunas and yacuuzy s.

The bathroom wasn't very clean (mould). No shampoo or conditioner. But apart from that, the rest of the room was great.

The staff were lovely, great location, room with a view of the castle. The drinks are reasonably priced. There's also a bar by the pool!

No fridge and kettle in the room. Our rooms were from the road side therefore it was loud from the outside. Hotel itself is rather silent.

Really nice pool, much bigger then regular hotel pools. Location is great, close to castle, see and the center if the town with small restaurants. Breakfasts tasty and rich. Place is rather clean, but probably needs some renovation.

The spa was supposed to be open until 22:00, but most of the saunas were turned off already at 21:00. Wify in the lobby was excellent, but could be better also in the room for remote working.

The standard room was nice specious and the work desk in the room was perfect for working remote! Good location!

The room did not have air conditioning and the interior was very plain. The curtains did not entirely block the light.

Breakfast was ok, pancakes for kids, but not so many selections for the warm food.

The suite was excellent, great for families with kids. SPA was great and warm, kids just loved it. Nice gaming room and facilities for table tennis.
