place needs a deep clean, nothing worrying but you see all furniture and appliances and in use heavily for years. daily usage cloths (sheets, towels) clean and nice.

I want to express my gratitude to the owner for patiently waiting and handing over the keys to us even though it was late at night. The house, on the whole, was satisfactory. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location was excellent, situated in a prime area that was convenient for exploring the city. However, I must admit that the condition of the kitchen utensils was less than satisfactory. Some of the items, like the frying pan, were in such poor condition that they were unusable. Additionally, the inside of the oven was remarkably dirty, which was quite disappointing. Considering everything, I found the price-performance ratio of the accommodation to be slightly above average. Despite the issues with the kitchen equipment, we managed to enjoy our stay in Tallinn. With some improvements in the kitchen area, this place could be even better and more appealing to future guests.

Very quite neighborhood, big yard with activities for children. Our flat was on second floor with terrace wich could be a good place to have a rest in summertime.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was not enough tableware, and a very mixed selection. Doing dishes was complicted, maybe a drying rack or something like that would help.

A quet neighbourhood, spacious apartement in the 2nd floor of an old house, lovely balcony. A friendy hostess. Easy access to a forest with a dog.

The bedroom and shower/toilet were very cold (not heated). Opening doors allowed the whole flat to get warm. The cleanliness was a big problem, as it seemed a general cleaning has not happened for some time. Also, there were no blanket/pillow covers - not sure if it was meant to be that way.

Apartment had all the necessary items for eating and cooking, though just for a selected number of people. The neighborhood was quiet and calm (to get there, a car is the most convenient).

To start - for 5 people that were staying there for two nights, there was only HALF of toilet paper roll left for us, so I definitely recommend to bring some with you as the shop is not really near. Also - owners really need to bring in a cleaning crew, because the apartment was definitely not clean.

Squirrels that were climbing on trees were nice. Also clean sheets.

There was no privacy feeling at all. For couples it is not the place! I booked another place after two hours, because I could not stay in place where You can hear every deatil of conversation on other side of wall.

In photos it was completly diferent. There was a door between our room/bedroom and owners room, so we could hear everything what was going on other side. No feeling of privacy at all.

When booking, stated my arrival time 15:00-16:00 and arrived around 15:30. Room was dirty and not clean, nobody had prepared the room I have to sleep in. Dirty laundry on sofa, dirty dishes in kitchen sink, cigarette butts in ashtray. Spoke to host - promised to do the room around 16:00. I was forced to go to cafe to have my meeting, as the room was unacceptable. Around 18:30 came back - room still was in the same condition, went to cafe again. Had to call the host again to get my room cleaned. Around 21 when returned, finally had a clean place where to stay. TOTALY NO ACCEPTABLE!!!

The photos show that there is a children's playground. It is impossible to use the playground, everything is unsafe, the grass is knee-deep for children. The yard was filled with large stones, there was nowhere for children to play.

Place was dirty - dust on countertops, the bathroom floor was very dirty we had to wash our feet again after showering; cobwebs along skirting boards; the kettle hadn't seen a limescale remover for a long time. Kitchen sponge was dirty. The place is advertised as an apartment, yet there was just a thin door separating you from the main house, and noise/talking coming through the wall until very late. Images on the listing appear to be of a different property. Nowhere to put clothes / no usable storage.

Location is excellent - in the greenery of Nõmme surburb. Private parking space. Host replied to emails promptly. Lovely, safe and quiet area! The sauna would have been lovely, unfortunately did not have time to use it. Beautiful wooden house.

Upon arrival the apartment had a bad smell. Once inside, the kitchen was a mess. Dishes not packed away, the oven was filthy, the dish rack too. The sleeper sofa had big stains and smelled bad. Fortunately we had a blow up mattress in the car, so our daughter didn’t have to sleep on the sofa. I complained to the host about the kitchen. She cleaned the oven and wiped down counters, packed some dishes away and removed the dish rack altogether. It was not much of an improvement. She told me we arrived too early, that’s why the kitchen wasn’t cleaned yet. But on the booking confirmation it said check in was from 11:00. We arrived at 16:00. She also charged us 10€ for our cats. But the booking said “pets are welcome free of charge.” The floors were also dirty. I do not recommend this place.

The area is beautiful and quiet. Beautiful old wooden house. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
