The check in experience was not as expected. The receptionist was taking calls all the time which made the check in process long especially after a long trip

The room was very clean, the facilities are amazing with several water slides options. Food and beverages available throughout the day and the entertainment team did an excellent work to make our stay joyful. Tarek from the housekeeping team made surprises in our room everyday and Mohammad Gamal at the bar did an outstanding job by preparing special shakes

While our experience was largely positive, I would like to mention a couple of minor areas for improvement. The pools at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu could benefit from additional heatings, as the water was a bit chilly at times. Additionally, the wifi coverage could be extended to ensure better connectivity throughout the resort. These are small suggestions that could further enhance the overall experience.

I would like to take a moment to share my complimentary review on our recent stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Sharm el Sheik. The experience at this resort was truly enjoyable and memorable. First and foremost, the food at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu was delicious. We were pleased with the variety and quality of the meals provided. The resort's culinary team did an excellent job in catering to our tastes and preferences. I must also commend the animation team at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu for going above and beyond to provide entertainment throughout our stay. Roger and Oleg, in particular, were absolutely lovely and exciting. Their enthusiasm and energy made our time at the resort even more enjoyable. The evening international shows at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu were a highlight of our stay. We were thoroughly entertained by the talented performers and their captivating performances. It was a delight to have such wonderful entertainment options available. Furthermore, the cleanliness of Pickalbatros Aqua Blu was remarkable. The staff ensured that the premises were always tidy and well-maintained. Our room cleaner, Mahmoud Abdelkader, deserves special recognition for doing an excellent job every day of our 7-night stay. We were impressed by their attention to detail and dedication. The restaurant service at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu was top-notch. The staff, including the barman Ahmed Eladly and supervisor Sadek Abdallah, were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate special requests, such as providing skimmed milk for my mother-in-law. Their exceptional service made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, we found Pickalbatros Aqua Blu to be an excellent choice for a family vacation in Sharm el Sheik. It exceeded our expectations and is, by far, the best resort we have experienced so far in Sharm el Sheik over the years. The abundance of wonderful slides added to the fun and excitement of our stay.

The paradise of sharm here in Aqua Blu The hotel is at the highest level A warm welcome at the reception,There is a great diversity of famous delicious foods from several cuisines from different and varied countries, The room is super cleaning is done non-stop,The entertainment team is always the best ever and they organize many fun and unique entertainment activities and evening parties. Variety of water slides, swimming pools all clean and well maintianed. Friendly staff, cheerful and caring.. Entertainment was good. Shows are nice and kids loved it. Quality of food, chef went out of way to make sure we had a delicious vegetarian meal each time. The gym and spa facilities are exceptional and reasonably priced. The reception staff are very helpful and sort all queries in a very gentle way.

Breakfast Pancakes and french toast were not good. No beach, but there were a buses bringing people back and forth. Table tennis balls broken and playing barefoot football is not a good idea as its concrete below the sand and you hurt your feet going to the bottom. My son foot got injured.

Nice rooms with tall ceiling. Fun slides and access to Aqua park next to Blu aswell. Nice to walk between all restaurants eating different food.
