All has been o.k🥰; stuff spirit👌🏻, food quality and variety😋, sea view😘, heated pool 🏊🏻‍♂️…etc. But the most amazing & Awesome has been the stuff spirit💯 they are friendly, welcoming, Everywhere you see their 😊 , I don’t want to forget mention any one, Beginning from Reservation🌹, Reception🌹 , Room service🌹 their manager ❤️Mr Mostafa🥰 and Mr Ramadan🌹 all other guys❤️, restaurant chief from Kena his yummy pasta,BBQ chef out side the restaurant and his yummy grilled chicken 🤤 and head chef Mr Tamer ❤️ , All guys at pool❤️,Professional life guard Mr Nour 🫡at see & marine, Animation team the guy with yellow curly hair 💯I’m not sure from his name may be waleed has been helpful deserve the the respect , Really all of them made our days 🙏🏻, We love the place.

One downside was the pricing, which felt a bit expensive for solo travelers. It seemed unfair to pay the same as double occupancy. Additionally, I wished they offered fresh juices without extra charges with meals, which would have enhanced the dining experience

It's not my first time in Cancun the location couldn't be better; it's easily one of the best in Sokhna, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to attractions. The quality of food surpassed my expectations, offering a delightful culinary experience. Highly recommend!

when I request the housekeeping to open the umbrellabeach in the villa, two came and open it but when they left the water in the villa was cut off , just after they left ( without tip ) the water in villa off I called again and quickly other staff came and open the out side valve . The water valve is the way out of the staff and I assume they close it because no tip was given. Unfortunately, this small thing by staff may affect the excellent efforts by the resort

Everything was great, starting with the arrival and Meeting Moustafa at the Reception he was very friendly and manages the check-in really quickly, the food is great, the room and house keeping also, the animation team was really fun they had a great program, Menna and Aml from the animation team was really nice, also Kareem the animation team manager gave me a gift for my baby when my mom said that I’m pregnant to give her the gift when she arrives 😅 🥰 we love the stay so much and it was my first time for me in El sokhna but will not be the last in Cancun for sure 🤍

I spent three days in the hotel, including two days of inconvenience. The first day, workers on the beach were painting the beach furniture, and the smell was very strong. It was annoying and also inconvenient in re-establishing the beach cafeteria. This was from the beginning of the day until sunset, and so on. The second day, was the inconvenience in re-establishing main swimming pool cafeteria also from the beginning of the day until sunset 😔

The staff was great, especially Mr. Ramadan and Mustafa The food was good, but there's no variety. It is the same especially breakfast as will as dinner except main dish only change the desserts are the same everyday and the salads are the same.
