The staff is really super friendly and attentive! The location on the beach and lagoon is superb. Staff also busy with special events such as breakfast by the sea, beach party, cocktails on the beach. The breakfast lunch and meals were good. The kitchen staff also very friendly. There is also a very lovely beachrestaurant. The resort is large enough to make your own choices and the nice thing about El Gouna is that you can get to the harbor or downtown in no time with tuktuks. The people on the beach for boat rental or wellness are very friendly and not pushy. It is actually useful to arrange things with them this way. The animation team professional. Oud son hurt himself and fractured his leg. It is a really great service that the hotel had a doctor/medical service present. The possibility of the dine around program (that you can also dine in other hotels a few times if you are an all-inclusive guest) was one of the reasons for us to go to El Gouna again for the third time. Paradisio was now the best hotel for us.

Although the beach is sandy and has a large sitting area at the seashore, the quality of sea water is not clear and transparent as what the red sea water is known for . It is not suitable for those seeking snorkeling and viewing coral reefs. - The resort booking fees is somewhat expensive - There are 2 swimming pools but they are not large enough for good swimmers to enjoy

- The property is really cozy, calming and perfect for those seeking relaxation - All the hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful ,Animation team is really entertaining with different activities every day with special thanks to Sara - The restaurant has variety of food through different meal courses as well as there are more than one restaurant and food quality is really good . On Mondays & Tuesdays the dinner is held by the seashore which is so sensational. - Wifi is Amaaaaaaazing . Wherever you are at the resort the Wifi signals very strong - The resort also provides the guests with activities like safari , submarine cruise and Lagoon trip... Which is very exciting - ATM machine is available at the resort lobby - It has free gym and spa

The room furnishing is dated and could definitely use refreshing. Access to the main restaurant with non-smoking seating through heavy-smoking semi-enclosed areas.

Nice beachfront location, water sports' facilities (at extra cost) onsite. Fine selection of fish and seafood at the restaurant buffet. A welcome daily effort on behalf of the animation team.

It was the final of the world cup, we asked to see the game on a large screen but the staff at the reception told us it was not possible. The semi finale was displayed a few days before where marocco was playing france but then he refuses to accomodate the france/argentina final. We finally found a place in the coffee area where the game was shown on the tv. Many guests came to see it and it was friendly evening. We did not appreciate the dismissive and unaccomating attitude of the person at the reception ( romarin maybe?) we felt he was purposely ensuring the game was not displYed because he was not supporting france.

I personally didn't like the kind of music that was played at the swimming pool during the afternoon and the evening.

I really enjoyed having the restaurant so close to the sea. The food was excellent! The kitesurf center is one of the best: the setting is really nice, people are so friendly, the rental equipment is very good, nice atmosphere, you make a lot of very nice friends. In summary: food and kite center is what I preferred there.

Pools were not clear . Booking . Com advertise there may be additional charges . Well they are 30% . Not what you want to hear when you arrive in the very early hours and can only pay that charge in foreign currency cash which they struggle to convert to correct value . This is not really the properties problem but Booking.com not being clear and bordering on misleading advertising

-Even though the chefs were very friendly and decent, food taste was not that good and the varieties were very limited. Also food amount is limited. -All bars in the resort closes at 12:00 AM -Activities that could be made during day time is amazing, but at night it was very poor and not satisfying. -Restaurant is old fashioned as well as many places in the resort.
