How close is it to the beach, soho square, and other places.. basically you can out for a walk at night without getting worried sbout getting scammed by a taxi driver.

Didn't like that food was being handled and put back by other holiday makers and kids, i would have preferred to have had my food served. Was not too happy having to pay for premium drinks when i paid all inclusive as this was not made clear when booking.

Lots to choose from at all meal times. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’m not a big fan of buffet food so I ate in the Italian restaurant, which is great and by the beach so I paid a few pounds more for fresh spaghetti!!

Amazing rooms and facilities pool beach! Staff are attentive and mostly friendly You can use the sister hotel which has a heated pool! Food less nice there but they have a shuttle bus every 10 minutes to the sister hotel Concorde sport Masseur is amazing

We went to the sister Sport Hotel next door once, i wouldn't recommend it unless you have kids that want to use the slides. The front hotel is definitely a lot nicer and I am glad we chose it. There are plenty of beds and parasols on the beach but the beach itself is not massive. The pool is 1.2m all over.. would have been nice to have a slightly deeper end but this is just a small point. You will be regularly asked if you want an excursion, use the spa, etc, etc, as you hang around the pool.. can get a bit annoying but just say straight away thay you are not interested and they will leave you.

Location is perfect, as close as you can get to the airport, beach front location, 5 mins walk from Soho Square. I've seen previous reviews both good and bad about the food but I didn't have any issues. There is a wide variety for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, which changes every day... OK, sometimes you might only find one or two things you like one day, but the next day you might find 20 you like... but everyone is different. But overall we were happy with the food. Entertainment included beach parties, foam pool parties, muaic and dancing, as well as Table tennis and pool facilities. They even show European football in the evenings for those who want to see the action! The best thing about this hotel was the price, I am sure there are better resorts in the area, but for the price, this place was definitely value for money. I must say the staff were brilliant as well, always happy to help - it was a pleasure to stay here

Need more variety for lunch and dinner. It was repetitive.

We travelled with family and my elderly parents. The hotel has excellent facilities for wheel chair accessibility and all the staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. Great location.

Parking is outside the hotel gate which was exhausting. Breakfast was below average. No fresh juice. The distances to the beach and pool necessitate golf cars.

The highlight of this hotel was the sea, which has exceptional snorkeling sites (colorful fish and amazing coral reefs). The beach was fantastic and really comfortable. The infinity pool has an amazing view of the sea. We really enjoyed the games facilities. The room was spacious and clean. Nice hotel grounds and gardens. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you to the twin hotel which has the water slides.

The staff, while present, wasn’t very friendly. They all seem overworked and understaffed. They don’t have water slides at this hotel. Please removed the pictures because that is a sister hotel. You can get a shuttle there. However it’s only between certain hours outside guests can go.

The rooms are very nice, the 2 bedroom family room was very big and spacious. The food was enough that everyone could eat with many options. The beach/dock area is very nice and many fish.

Nothing bad to say,

The staff of the resort were amazing, we did have time to enjoy all the areas and activities the resort offers. The buffet had a lot of food options. We really enjoyed our stay there and we hope to be back soon.
