The housekeeper, he was the worst experience I've ever had, He always chose the time when I'm in the room , so I had to leave the room so he can clean. I understand the concept of tipping. I gave him money anyway. Last time they used to clean the room while I'm outside. I was grateful to come back to a clean room. I used to tip them every day because I was grateful for what they do. But this guy keeps asking, "Do you want to clean the room or not. He had never changed the blankets , even though I paid him every time he cleaned. In my last couple of days I asked him not to clean. I preferred to stay in a dirty room rather than waiting for him to clean as he always waited while I'm back from the beach . Instead of me taking a nap, I had to wait for him. He turned my vacation to hell. He was the only downfall of the hotel. Because of him I'll never come back to the same hotel.

- They should do some efforts on food quality and varieties. - Heated pool is not heated enough , optimum should be 25c° to 28c°,I think it is under 20c° the day I used it . - 3 hours working time per day for kids aqua, is not enough.

- Close to Naama bay - Staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to front office team . - Magnificent sandy beach. - kids area is nice . - Night and beach entertainment is full of joy and youth spirit.

OMG – FOOD! No no no ! Stay away if you want to have a good food - you won’t find it in Gafy. I think Gafy, for some reason, doesn’t pay attention to so many negative food reviews. Food: poor quality (only had 1 breakfast, and you almost need to beg for drinks). If you book this hotel, be ready for a really poor quality of food. That’s the only reason why this hotel is empty and receives poor reviews. Time to sack the cook and rethink the menu, guys. On top of this, the staff looks really, really underpaid. The guys appreciate any tips but seem to be sad and not present…. It feels sad to watch.

The location was excellent; the rooms were akin to those in a budget hotel, but I can't complain you get what you pay for – room was clean and close to the beach, not too far from the town center.

The service at the reception is slow.  If you have to ask a question, you have to wait a very long time if the employees communicate with each other.  The air conditioner in the room did not work for two days, it was impossible to sleep.  Sandy beach, when the sea is rough, the water is very cloudy.  There is practically no snorkeling.  There are some damaged corals.

The hotel is in a good location. There are many shops and cafes around. There are comfortable sunbeds on the beach. Most of the service staff are pleasant, smiling, helpful. Only breakfast was included in the price of my room. The service in the restaurant is pleasant, the food is not bad.

I did not like the breakfast tastes . This is first time I saw line to drink tea or coffee in the breakfast and the person who called Ashraf responsible for drinks was disrespectable in his dealing with guests.

Rooms are clean with a reasonable area, clean wide beach, welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location close to everything you may want to do

The cleaning level needs improvement. The smiling of pathroom towels was not good. Shortage in the pool snacks

The food was not tasty....but you can have a plate to eat something.... cleaning could be improved .. the price for the late check out was almost a night fees ...and they refused to give us late check out and we had to wait for our flight 4hours in the hotel without a room .

The location for the hotel was exceptional 😄...most thing we like was Mr.Gina El Gafy the owner of the hotel ...she was nice and smiling and friendly and welcoming....the sea was good and the size of the room was good ..fruit basket was a good touch

Housekeeping was not so good & and they always forgot to bring some room staff daily till I request it like shampoo ,shower gel , drinks tray , mini bar No breakfast / lunch / dinner boxes to takeaway my food to eat on the beach/ pool even in my room Late checkout is not available even for one hour

The food would run out and the guests were unorganized during food times. We were promised snacks but were told it ran out 2 times. The staff need to help organize people and keep them in line as people kept budding others which was very frustrating.

The food was great and the location exceptional. All the staff members were very nice and helpful. We didn't have issues with check in and in fact they allowed us to check in a few hours earlier which was very thoughtful! The best thing was the fact that the resort is right on the beach!

No proper all-inclusive bar on the beach and the one on pool operated till 22:00

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gafy Resort! The exceptional service provided by Mr. Walid in the front office, Mostafa at the pool bar, Chef Mohamed, Mr. Ibrahim, the security staff, and the lifeguard made my stay memorable. I must also mention Mr. Amr in the main restaurant, who was incredibly friendly and cheerful. His delightful presence added to the overall enjoyment of dining at the resort. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Despite a minor issue with Rami in the front office, Mr. Walid handled it with professionalism and ensured a great experience.

Food tasty is very bad and buffet is poor. Breakfast is ok . Lunch - dinner are the worst. Meat and chicken are the worst on buffet. Nothing tasty on buffet even the rice is very bad . Meat , chicken, bread and rice had Same taste 😅😅😅 Sweets on buffet bad tasty. But cause of great staff like Mr. Ali I couldn't complain about anything.

Most friendly staff: Mr. Walid on reception ( great boss ) helpful, always smile, working so hard . Many thx - restaurants: - Chief Mohamed ( snacks, and at breakfast) many THX Bars: Mostafa pool Bar - Omar restaurant bar ) many thanks they are helpful and friendly. - Ali from animation ( tip top service) he is going to each guest, does his best to make him enjoy) Many thanks Ali . - housekeeping was fantastic.
