The room needed a bit of attention to maintenance - there was a very small fissure besides my window, but enough to let noise in, and one of the doors on the tub was loose and frail. Otherwise, I absolutely loved my experience in this spot.

Excellent service, Aladdin contacted me from the start and was very patient and attentive with me from day 1 to the day of departure. Salah saved me when I couldn't find a SIM and accompanied me all the way to a store where they sold me a card for an excellent price - otherwise, I'd have gone to a tourism store and paid twice as much. Finally, Alibaba drove me from the hotel to the airport and was attentive enough to check for my comfort, drive me along the scenic view to the Citadel of Saladin and dropped me off as close as possible to my terminal. The staff in general were respectful, kind and polite, but these three deserve a shout-out. The restaurant had excellent food, fair prices, the breakfast was great and the service was top notch. Try their natural juices - pulp, pure, made on the spot, no added nonsense like most of us have back home, and only about 3 dollars. Inside, the hotel is very rich on ancient Egyptian aesthetics, making it feel like you're in a palace. Definitely recommend.

The Great Pyramid Inn is great! Good location – in front of the Giza Pyramid! The room was clean and the free breakfast tasted good. We dined at hotel’s rooftop restaurant for two nights, and the food was delicious. The front desk/restaurant staff are very polite and attentive. The private tour guide booked through the hotel was superb and reasonable price. Besides having a guide and not having to queue for tickets, our guide don't force us to buy anything. We totally enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Our stay was too short!!!

The description said we would have balcony views of the Pyramids and it didn't disapoint. AWESOME views. Really helpful and friendly staff. It's a small boutique style hotel and not a big chain hotel. The money we pay stays local. The rooftop restaurant was amazing. We cannot fault this hotel. Thankyou so much for your welcome and for being so helpful. We look forward to our next stay on Friday.

The staff was wonderful and the rooftop view was amazing. Breakfast was good and the food we had in the rooftop bar was delicious. They had very good juices and smoothies. The tours organised by the hotel were good as well. Recommended!

First of all the construction noice at 2 am? What’s that? And I woke up for that noice every night and the smell of cigarettes in our room is unbearable. The water in the shower didn’t drain smoothly and it built up along with shower.

I have a mixed feeling about this place. Like the rooftop and the restaurant, food is tasty and at reasonable price. And some of staffs are really nice and comfortable to talk but the other not so much. If you stay shortly it’ll be fine. Especially thanks to our concierge Santiago (Ahmed) and our driver Mohammed.

The location exactly right in front of pyramid , we stay at junior suite with jacuzzi, we enjoy it, nice view from the restaurant, good breakfast, Mr. Aladdin is great guy, he arrange everything for us and all on time and went well.

There was work going on the top floor, it was dusty and lot of noise which I feel should have been mentioned before we book it. The bathroom shower is very small. The space could have been bigger. They definitely should look into it.

The location is superb. You can enjoy the light show from the roof top. The restaurant is really good. The food was very good. Tried a few things didn't disappoint at all.

EVERYTHING was really nice!!! Rooms, Pyramid front, food OMG foodddd we're all superrrrr delicioussss we wanted to eat all the menu, rooftop 100% , service was amazing the guys at the rooftop were such a professional people, gentle, always with a "yes" and solutions, thanks to the lady at the breakfast Rania for all the kindness and help!! I am 6 months pregnant and they make sure everything was confortable and safe for me and the baby!! I mean, was a dream!! Thanks again for everything!!!
