A very good hotel exceeds my expectations. Top food quality and taste because they have the best chef in sharam el shekh ( chef Mustafa) . The room was huge and comfortable bed .The workers in all the facilities were kind polite and tried to make your vacation the best you can have . Thank you very much

From the moment we entered the business, everything was great. They helped with early check-in and late check-out. We have a baby and this is our first time going on holiday with the baby. The perfect place for a holiday with a baby. The rooms and the environment were generally clean, the food was diverse and delicious, and the service quality was good. All staff work very well and are friendly. Our holiday was very nice, thank you to the business for everything. I love the service and care the hotel provided during my stay. Especially for Jordian Joseph, who really led his security and reception colleagues to help me to solve a problem of my missing wallet, which I appreciate a lot! The room was tidy and well designed with a beautiful sea view. I enjoyed my stay a lot, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants great service in Sharm El Shiekh.

The hotel is a little tired some of the steps could do with some repairs it’s a good job they had the funicular working , shame nearly all the animation was in Russian

The staff were excellent we had a slight complaint with our room but front desk Manager Mr Jordian Jordon sorted out straight away with a great upgrade . We were well looked after by everybody especially Khalil the waiter couldn’t do enough for you if there was anything we needed the chefs always tried to deal with your requests
