A very good hotel exceeds my expectations. Top food quality and taste because they have the best chef in sharam el shekh ( chef Mustafa) . The room was huge and comfortable bed .The workers in all the facilities were kind polite and tried to make your vacation the best you can have . Thank you very much

The perfect place for a holiday with a baby. The rooms and the environment were generally clean, the food was diverse and delicious, and the service quality was good. Especially for Jordian Joseph, who really led his security and reception colleagues to help me to solve a problem of my missing wallet, which I appreciate a lot! The staff were excellent we had a slight complaint with our room but front desk Manager Mr Jordian Jordon sorted out straight away with a great upgrade . We were well looked after by everybody especially Khalil the waiter couldn’t do enough for you if there was anything we needed the chefs always tried to deal with your requests
