Everything was great!!! Staff were so kind and friendly. Food was amazing, several options and so delicious 😋. The beach and the pool were awesome. Sea was very clean, you can see the beautiful and colorful fishes even without going to diving. The room was modern, comfy and beautiful. Choose the rooms with balconys, they’re great for morning and evening chills. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to go back home. The whole area was very beautiful, green and clean. We enjoyed every steps there. Thanks a lot for those unforgettable memories we made there. We’ll definitely come back as soon as possible 😍

Not much to dislike at this resort. I would say I didn't like much the alcohol options on the all inclusive package, drinks were a bit warm, apart from the beer. White wine tastes good! One thing I would point out as improvement is the toilets at the Seagull pub. It's the only toilet close to the restaurant and beach, so it needs a bit of extra care during the day.

The resort is big, well decorated, nice gardening and lovely views. We stayed at the Front Preferred area after getting an upgrade from Ahmed when checking in. We loved the room, it is very modern, the bed is super comfortable and more than enough toiletries available. We booked to stay at the Palm area, which is a bit of a walk to the pool, restaurant and beach, so, you want to stay closer to the mais area, book the Preferred Fromt Area. The food was good... our favourite was the Beach BBQ. Every evening, you have a different style on the menu. Beach area was big, lots of places to sit and enjoy your day. Hotel is located just beside Naama Bay main street with shops and restaurants. Around 20 min from the airport. I want to say a special thank you to all the staff who were exceptionally helpful when I mentioned I lost my cellphone. They immediately checked cameras, made all staff aware and kept looking for it until I found the phone. THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE.

My slight negative feedback which I brought to the attention of Katerina, the reception manager , was the attitude of Wael or Waleed at the spa,s reception, I attended one evening to use the steam and asked him for a locker, his answer was that they dont have any lockers and I had to go back to my room to keep my valuables, when I returned to the Spa, I found several empty lockers next to the steam room, I did ask him as to why he gave me the wrong information, his reply was not convincing.

The location is one of the best in Nama Bay if you want a sandy beach,the reception staff and the guest relationship manager Mr Ghanim were always there to help, the new renovated rooms are spacious and hard to find in other 5* hotels, the room cleaning standards were very high, breakfast buffet could be improved, I received a daily call to my room to ensure everything was okay which I appreciated, I stayed at several 5 stars hotels in sharm including Rixos and the 4 seasons, this hotel with its renovated rooms and the skilled management is definitely coming back to shine again.

The place is clean and tidy, and the staff are very distinguished in their dealings and manners. They give you a very excellent impression. The food buffets are excellent and wonderful. The THAI SPA seemed a little unorganized with managing their appointments. Although we thought that we arranged a couple of treatments at certain days and time, it could be rescheduled later or it was a surprise to them when we showed up at a certain time.

Besides the overall look of the hotel, the location (next to Naama Bay) and the great food we would like to address the friendliness of the hotel staff. They did their very best to make our stay as pleasant as could be. In particular we would like to thank Gamal who helped us out when our booking didn't seem to be completely right. I also would like to thank the other reception staff who offered to bring us to the airport when our taxi didn't show up.

Slightly confused half board and drinks rules, was charged in full for a la carte restaurant on 1st night, this was not made clear at check-in.

Excellent friendly Staff and upgraded room plus close to beach and town location. Layout very spacious and many facilities. Breakfast choice superb, inside or outside seating Would recommend to all types of traveller

Chairs in balcony not so comfortable but this is just nit picking and wasn’t a problem.

We stayed on the Sport side and absolutely loved our time here. Rooms are fantastic as are all staff. Really good attention to detail and we felt very well looked after. Going back in March hopefully. Much better than other hotels we’ve stayed at in this area. The golf carts that transport you around the complex were fab.
