My sister and I visited Egypt in April and stayed at this hotel during our trip. We were very impressed by the high standard of cleanliness at the hotel. Our room and hotel area was always spotless, and the staff made a fantastic effort to ensure that we felt welcome. The staff's attention to detail, especially in their towel folding skills, was exceptional and left us pleasantly surprised every day. Their creativity in this aspect exceeded our expectations, and we haven't encountered such a high standard at other hotels before. Moreover, my sister had the opportunity to receive treatment for shoulder pain from the qualified masseur at the hotel. His professional approach and good technique were evident during the massage session. The massage provided significant relief. It was clear that he was highly skilled and experienced in therapeutic massage techniques. Tthe presence of a fountain outside our room added a charming touch, and the soothing sound of water further enhanced the tranquil ambiance. We truly enjoyed the relaxation. Overall, our experience at this hotel was a positive one, and we would definitely consider returning if we visit Egypt again.

The hotel is beautiful, great location on the beach with a fantastic pool. Lovely, large range of food. The friendliest staff who can’t do enough for you. Mohamed Salah, the room cleaner, was superb! Super friendly with the children and always making fun shapes with the towels to entertain the children. Thank you, Mohamed!

Some areas need to be maintained.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. The housekeeper, Mohamed Salah, was creative in folding the towels in so many interesting shapes. Also, the buffet showcased a variety of food selection.

There was major construction happening on the terrace but I guess that's why the hotel was cheaper... The gym equipment need serious repair or indeed new machines added. The bathroom was not as clean as I would like and the shower gel bottles are very difficult to use.

The food was delicious and welcomed the juices at dinner. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The ambience of the hotel is great as well as the scenery.

Nothing about the property but the main road when we reach the city that took us to the resort is kinda dangerous , it’s about 7 minutes 2 ways driving with no separation in the middle and it’s part of the mountain and too many reckless unresponsable truck drivers

-Very loud music at the beach which makes it impossible to relax and enjoy the sea sounds. - Property very old and outdated.Needs a lot of renovation and attention to details -Food at breakfast is very average.Buffet dinner is spicy and has no taste.No fresh fruits (pieces) at breakfast. Food does not consider choices for international clients.

The buffet did not offer very many vegetarian options, the salad area seemed a little mixed up and all over the place. Limited drink choices with dinner, just water actually. A vegetarian soup without meat broth or chunks of meat would have also been nice.

The views of the sea and mountains are amazing. The pool and lounge chairs are very comfortable and provided a comfortable place to relax. The poolside / seaside bar and restaurant were amazing. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel needs renovation as it is one of the oldest hotels in Sokhna, the kids activities are minimal especially in winter where pools and sea are very cold for swimming. The food, although in general of good quality, needs inspection to ensure its freshness and safety, it is also expected from a five star hotel to offer much better quality and variety of both breakfast and dinner.

Location is not far from Cairo. Check in and out were easy. The hotel rooms are clean as well as the facilities in general. The staff are very friendly and interested to receive feedback from guests.
