Room service doesn’t exist apparently, i have stayed there for two nights at the hotel and no one came to take out the trash, my tv remote batteries s needed to be changed, the safe in my room was broken and the phone didn’t work so i went to the lobby desk and told them about all that hoping they could fix that and they didn’t do anything and the appliances in the room are on the verge of collapsing

They have a great beach, lots of Resturants , you can get everything you need from the supermarket inside and the swimming pools are cool

map in booking is wrong . very poor and Broken Furnitures. only one time per stay room service which is not enough. there wasn’t food variety. pool time is too short to close at 5 pm .

Room wasn't clean, bad smells all over the room. Bed was full of sand, mugs weren't clean. There was a trash on the floor. I had to replace the room with other one but there was bad smells too and broken sofa. Hot drinks and water bottles are not available like previous stays in the same place. Room quality is definitely worse than ever.

The cleaning of the room in general special the fridge the stove and the microwave.. the balcony also dusty. Noisy some how some of the guests are horrible in noise and staring .. no Internet at all .. the bell attendant made us wait for a long time till he brings the luggage Also the park is a hell not pavet and not in order so whatever I clean my car and park there just 1 hour it will be as its broken left for months

The food was good and delicious, the balcony had a pool and sea view, there was a separate room with a bed and a living room with a sofa bed.

not worthy, not recommended at all the swimming pool experience is the worst ever (heating wasn’t working all days i stayed despite it’s winter) & the water was soo cold we couldn’t use the pool anytime !! the food is not fresh not even good (the cucumbers were damaged!!), from the first time we entered the gate, all working people “including receptionists” were upset expect (Ali) working in the buffet, the distance between the gate & the reception is too long & nobody helped us with the bags, the chalet has a lot of furniture despite it’s too small!! & nobody cleaned it during my whole stay. even when i tried to call the customer service or the reception to help carrying the bags for my check out, the telephone wasn’t working!

No sense of cleanliness. They only clean your room once per every 4 day stay. Dinner options were extremely plain. After 3rd day I ate out everyday

Everything else including rooms too: They will harass, disrespect, and sicken you. I couldn’t believe it when safety, cleanliness, and respect are not present. Here are some points: 1. From staff rudeness, 2. Sending staff to fix the sofa beds which were broken, 3. Violating our privacy and entering the room when we requested not to enter, 4. Poor food quality and extremely poor presentation, 5. No soaps in any beach or pool washrooms and when requested, I was told that it’s no problem not to have soap. The janitor was extremely rude and brought a 1/4 filled bottle with a yellow liquid, I asked whether it’s soap or sanitizer (as it didn’t have a label) he replied with utmost rudeness “smell it maybe you’d know !!!!!”, 6. Extremely poor management and operations. 7. Nevertheless the harassment comments and looks from THEIR STAFF especially the ones on the beach. I would never want anyone to go where their privacy, respect, and obviously time and waste their valuable vacation.

Rooms were spacious with a little kitchenette and good layout.
