Beach policy needs serious reconsideration. A beach resort can't close down the beach at 4pm, and have it also close every time there is a bit of wind. We had to walk to the hotel next door to be able to swim more than once (their back was reasonably open most of the time).

Facilities and quality are top notch. We even get a room upgrade, really nice staff.

During our VIP check-in and check-out by the hotel management Mr. Khaled Helmy. He was on constantly checks to ensure our comfort and all our needs are met. He personally saw to it that all our special requests are fulfilled. We requested for a grill table at the Japanese restaurant. The fresh Japanese cuisine was deliciously and professionally prepared right in front of our eyes. The main restaurant offers varieties of international selections. The executive lounge latte is fantastic, one glass is not enough. The view of the pool and the sea from the balconies of our suite is breath-taking. The room is extremely clean and bright even with the curtains drawn. My wife love the indoor and outdoor private jacuzzis. To fill the jacuzzi tub with water at the right temperature during the cold winter days was a hit and miss thing for us. Great opportunity for photo enthusiast photo shots at the various outdoors decorative seats and sunbeds for couples.

The most beautiful luxurry hotel in Hurghada . The manager Mr Rama Gad and Mr Oma the receptionist , Mr Mohamed at Ruma spa and all staffs at the hotel during our stay was incredible friendly and professional . The beach could be nicer. Not very good for walking in the sand. When the wind is strong, the pools are fully exposed. Might be nice during the hot time, but simply too cold in winter.

The staff is extraordinary. We have been to Egypt many times but the service at the Le Reve is simply the best, very attentive and always friendly. Amazing food, always fresh and tasty.

There isn’t anything to dislike about the hotel, staff, food or facilities.

From the minute you arrive to the grand and beautiful reception area you are welcomed and looked after by all the amazing staff. From managers, chefs, bar staff and cleaners, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is spotlessly clean with large rooms, comfortable beds, an unbelievable amount of wonderful food across all of the restaurants, beautiful outside areas with several pools and comfortable sun beds by the pools and on the beach.

I truly enjoyed my stay in Le Reve, especially the friendly team , Mr Ramy Gad was very helpful, polite & cooperative The restaurants are excellent, especially the Italian restaurant, but also the main restaurant is very good. The resort is clean, quite & has multiple options in restaurants, beach activities, bars & view. Strongly advise for it.

The food in the adjacent restaurant Ossiano was basically recycled food and badly assembled from the main restaurant whose food is actually pretty good. Please revise the menu as it was truly disappointing.

Property is located on the beach although you cannot walk in into the water but have to take a jetty. Still I knew before I booked so I was fine with that because the properties on the water down south are one next to the other and very noisy, so I sacrificed calm for beach.

WIFI by the pool doesn't work. Lack of cereals, nuts and seed options for breakfast. Transfer to the airport is USD$40. I booked a taxi through Booking.com for £7.50

The staff and service throughout the hotel was excellent, particularly around the pool, in the pool bar and the main restaurant. Our room was upgraded too ! As my partner is Vegan we visited the Italian A La Carte restaurant to view the menu in advance of booking, where we were greeted by Mostapha, who was so welcoming and happy to look after us. He even brought the head chef out to talk through the Vegan options he could cook for the first 4 courses. You normally have to book 24 hours before but Mostapha found us a table and the chef took my partner's Vegan order there and then so that he could begin to prepare it. The food was absolutely fantastic and the chef came to see us during the meal to ensure we were happy. Simply outstanding service from Mostapha and the Chef. thankyou
