To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe pool was not in use from what i could see .. no sun loungers out and nobody in the pool. The gym was being refurbished and i didn't see any sign of the wellness centre, hot tub or massages. Avoid the gift shop, the guy in there asked me for 2000egp£ for a 2 inch ornament that was worth no more than 100£egp , insulted, I laughed and walked away. ..also avoid the taxi hire desk in the lobby ....i was quoted $20 for a trip to airport that if you book online costs $10 or on uber its $5. Use Uber or metro to travel around 😉
I would recommend this hotel because the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious with clean towels and gel and toothpaste etc all provided. The hotel was quiet at night, no noise from quests banging doors or chatting loudly. Room was cleaned daily with tea and water refilled. Kettle in the room with tea and sugar. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to metro, 5 mins to supermarkets and about 15 mins walk to tahir square. Breakfast was varied, eggs cooked to order, pastries, cereals , juices all plentiful. I'd stay here again.

Fridge does not work very effectively. Uber drivers seem to have trouble with this location for departure. Return trips were fine
