We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PortugalNoisy come from street for busy traffic. Hotel needs to improve sound-proofing specially in windows and kind of renovation in bedroom is recommended.
Very comfy bed, many options in breakfast, and there is plenty of shops and restaurants closed by. Very good café on the roof top.

LebanonThe bathroom in the room is a bit small. The bathroom in the lobby should be cleaned and serviced more frequently. Wifi in lobby and room is not the best. It works but is weak. The quantity and variety of food in the breakfast buffet is huge but the quality is not very good as many items in it are not fresh and are leftovers from previous days. Coffee and juice quality served with breakfast is very low. Improving wifi and breakfast quality can increase hotel rating reviews to 8.8 to 9/10.
The location of the hotel is very good. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The bed is comfortable

LibyaWhen I asked for room service, I was charged a higher price than what was on the menu, although the written prices were inclusive of tax and service charge.
I booked a direct sea view but I didn't see much of sea view and I asked for a change and the lady at the reception was more than pleasant and gave me a lovely room with a real direct sea view. The breakfast restaurant was spacious with a beautiful view. There was a large variety of food at breakfast, but mostly tasteless. My room was cleaned daily.

EgyptNo Bellman at Check-in. Lady when make for me the Check-in so serious without any apology for my problem also she doesn't have hospitality way to deal with guest. Housekeeping first the remote doesn't work told to her change battery but not return again, also second night asked to send the room backet of Nescafe not delivered anything.
Thank you for Mr. Saied Khattab to upgrade me with nice view. All staff in F&B deal with them before.

Saudi ArabiaAfter 12 AM, disco started and it was a little noisy, it takes me sometime to sleep. But overall nothing to mention as unlike. Everything was Excellent.
Receptionist was very friendly and professional staff , specially Mr. Mohamed fawzy , Room was clean and neat. Breakfast variety was excellent. Sea view was great. Hotel stars deserves 5 or more.
