I think the dinner buffet could use some attention so the food doesn’t sit out for long periods and get dry specially the grilled station. However there are many ala carte restaurant options at the property and at Soho square( for a discount). Their Italian restaurant was the best in my experience.

Location is great with a lot of accessible restaurants and coffee shops right in the heart of Soho square. You can either walk ( less than 5 mins) or take a golf cart to and from Soho square. Beach front with 3 swimming pools with varying depths that is for use by royal savoy guests only( adults only). There are some shared facilities with Savoy hotel which is also great. However, Savoy is a family hotel so you can expect to find kids running around enjoying their time. The lobby has drinks and snacks throughout most of the day 12-8 pm which is very convenient. Some drinks are also provided at the beach and pool without extra charge if you book half board and some drinks will require extra charge. You still get a 20% discount on drinks and food there. I really appreciate their accommodation to us as our flight was leaving late in the afternoon and we got late checkout so we could enjoy their beautiful facilities for most of the daytime.

We did not quite understand what S class all inclusive meant to us so it took us a day or two to work everything out I do not think we should be paying supplements in restaurants when we have paid for the top package.

Mosquitoes in the evenings. The bed pillows were extremely firm so a little uncomfortable for my liking and no pillow menu available to be able to change them. Also one small gripe was the music on a constant reel playing at the pool, which sounded like fairground music, got a little irritating.

The staff can't do enough for you from being picked up from the airport to being taken in a buggy up to Soho Square. Also catering for your every need at the pools or at the beach. The hotel is exceptionally clean throughout and the breakfasts are lovely with fresh eggs cooked to order. Special mention to George who looked after us at the pool every day putting out towels on our favourite sunbeds and making sure we had plenty of drinks and crisps.

The only real complaint I could think of would be the bed being a little too hard. I would also warn to tripple check anything that you could think to be extra on a menu as we were caught out once. Was no big deal but wouldn't want to keep making the mistake.

Really loved the location. As avid snorkeller having a reef abundent with life right off the beach was amazing. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating for every request. Food was great for breakfast and there was a variety of restaurants to choose from between the Royal Savoy and main Savoy resort.

The sea food restaurant was not really good. Not recommended .

The room was large and comfortable, I especially liked the balcony. The hotel is clean and very close to the seaside. We had dinner at the open buffet of the Savoy hotel. Best buffet in our trip in Egypt. Breakfast was at Royal Savoy. The breakfast was excellent.. The staff are kind and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner at the Turkish restaurant. We would also like to thank Chef Mehmet for this beautiful evening. It was an honor for us to meet him.

If you want to use the hot tub or the steam room, you need to let them know about it an hour before so that they are hot enough to be used when you are ready. A place to eat pizza would be nice.

It is now the third time I visit the lovely Royal Savoy in Sharm El Sheikh and I am sure I will be back many more times. This is our second stay with the RS in Sharm. Super friendly staff and great guest experience from breakfast, to the bar, to the restaurant. the Hotel is a little older but it is comfortable and welcoming and great value for money. They gave me different pillows when I asked also which is great customer service.
