Bathroom was kinda old. Clean but old. Room were kinda loudy because of traffic noise because windows are not closing enough.

Breakfast was very good, lots of different foods were avilable. Location is very usefull. Very close to touristical areas. Rooms are very clean. Air conditioner was working.

The toilet needs renovation and maintenance. Slow internet. Very small minibar. Pool needs clear boundaries for different depths. Tea and coffee tray needs more varities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tolip Hotel Alexandria , and I must say, the accommodations exceeded all of my expectations! Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the space.The room itself was generously sized, with ample space to move around comfortably and store my belongings. The tasteful decor and modern furnishings added a touch of elegance, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.One of the highlights of the room was the private balcony, offering breathtaking views of the sparkling sea and inviting swimming pool below. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, whether sipping a morning cup of coffee as the sun rose over the horizon while watching the sunset in the evening.Not only was the room aesthetically pleasing, but it was also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of ensuring that every corner of the room was spotless, from the crisp linens on the comfortable bed to the gleaming surfaces in the spacious bathroom.Overall, my stay at the Tolip Hotel Alexandria was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the comfortable and inviting accommodations. Everything was good just I informed through booking and during the check-in that I was staying to celebrate my anniversary however, there was no special arrangement as we used when we go to other hotels around the world or in Egypt for this special day and I asked if I could have sea front upgrade however my request was declined politely and it was very visible that hotel occupancy is very low because winter season and Ramadan and it will not cost the hotel anything to give us free upgrade for vacant room without booking to make our stay more memorable and enhance our experience but still everything was perfect and all staff in reception, housekeeping and restaurant are very polite and professional
