include the lobby bar in the all-inclusive

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food offered a delightful variety and was enjoyable. However, the quality of the all-inclusive drinks could be improved. Additionally, it would be beneficial to include the lobby bar in the all-inclusive package and extend the shuttle bus timings to the sea.

There is no kettle at room .the price which I booked differ than when I reached and paid we paid extra money when we reached the hotel .the food was not good at first day but they improve it after that

The wifi connection could be improved

We had a very nice experience in the resort. Particularly we thank the housekeeper of our room n. 411, Mahmoud, who was very kind and professional. My boys and I enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach.

The dinner is not the best, almost the same every day, it was hard to find at least 1 reasonable meal for dinner. The beach is so far away from the hotel, and it is rocky, not sandy. I guess it's better to go to a private beach on the area of Ras Um El Sid.

Everything was excellent except the food (there was a choice but the taste was not very good), the cleaning of the rooms good and the territory beautiful, the staff very friendly. Natalya- the guest relations professional, thank you to her.

Our biggest issue was the noise. The type of flooring in the building amplified sounds and caused echoes, making even normal conversations loud and reverberating. Our room faced the family pool, where the music was excessively loud, particularly at night. Kids' discos and a bar kept the music going until late, which was overwhelming. The food served at the main pool for lunch was generally poor, with only the pizza being worth the wait. Communication with the staff was challenging as they struggled with English, although many were fluent in Russian and Italian. The restaurant food was decent overall, but the quality was inconsistent, with some days being better than others.

The pool adjacent to the restaurant was good and more tranquil compared to the main pool. The rooms were comfy and roomy. The restaurant offered a satisfactory but somewhat monotonous selection of dishes. The landscaping was outstanding, and the resort was impeccably clean. Akmed, a friendly individual in the front foyer, was particularly helpful with transportation, offering excellent recommendations and assistance, and his proficiency in English was a pleasant surprise.

On the website says the have a spa wellness when do they not have it , I had to walk every time to amphoras beach to get everything, plus I have called more then two times to get an extra towel in the room, and the never came. Nobody speaks English and it’s a Such shame to be a 4 stars hotel, I had to use many times my phone to translate everything

The lack of food choices at tea .the shower cubicles were filthy in 204 there wasn't much to choose for drinks just on local wine and one local beer

A wonderful place for a vacation, and I must say, the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Magdy and Natalia. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect for a change of weather, and it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a nice vacation.

Nice clean room and area, Only a one night stay so can only comment on food we had but not really our cup of tea. Great snorkelling from aqua blu although the beach area is not really accessible other the from the jetty.
