The hotel was very overcrowded; there was always a line to get anything, both in the restaurant and in the bars. The staff in restaurants and bars were overwhelmed by the big number of guests; it was rarely that we came across someone who was friendly there, and I always had to go with my kids to get anything; because they would probably be ignored!. We checked in the room, and it was extremely clean; however, the housekeeping was only making the beds, and probably was wiping the floors everyday; with not even cleaning the toilet!

The check-in process was really fast and easy. The room was amazing; spacious and clean. The food was tasty, and there was always something for my picky kids to eat. The hotel was kids friendly to a very far extent; there were a variety of activities all the time. My kids truly enjoyed the pools, the aqua, the playground, and the sand. Public toilets were very clean at all times.

It has come to my attention that there may be room for improvement in terms of interdepartmental communication within the hotel. I have observed a lack of efficiency in communication between certain departments. Addressing this issue could potentially lead to a more cohesive and efficient workflow, ultimately benefiting the hotel and its guests.

Initially, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Unfortunately, on the last day, I experienced some setbacks. Firstly, I discovered that there was no water available in my room. Secondly, despite requesting a wake-up call, I did not receive one, which resulted in me missing my flight. The lack of timely and efficient service was disappointing, and it had a significant impact on my overall experience.

The wifi is not great, as in all of Hurghada, it's ok to send whatsapp messages but not enough to work remotely. the beach is beautiful surrounded by a park and with comfortable beds but the sea is not great (you need to take a boat to see some fish) and some days there is a smell of gasoline (i think due to the many boats)

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very clean, beautiful swimming pools for the children, large room with separate sleeping area for the children, possibility to have a non smoking room. the beach is private so you can relax without being approached constantly to see if you want to buy something

The room we booked was a little old, with the dark furniture being scuffed and the maintenance on the bathroom being very poorly done such as shower protection tape still on the silverware, wall plaster splatted on the tiles and the shower screen not being fitted tightly which caused leaks when we were using it. We told the staff at the desk about this twice, and both times they said it was fixed, but we just allowed it and used the towels to mop it up. I think the wing we were in was having work done to it, as most mornings we were woke up by the sound of tools or banging on the walls. We didn't spend much time in our room because of this, but if this weren't the case, we'd have written a 10/10 review.

Wow... What can I say? Steigenberger Aqua Magic, you have truly given us the best holiday we could've hoped for. The Aqua Magic resort is a part of a triage of hotels along with the Al Dau and Pure. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-kept and clean, the food was tasty, fresh and had plenty of variety at each meal time, and the facilities were great. The staff were all so helpful, spoke great English (and German) and provided help at all times. My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our birthdays, which are 2 days apart, and the hotel alerted the housekeeping staff of this and we came back to our room decorated with balloons and flowers, and two cakes with candles! We were truly blown away that the hotel went above and beyond to make our trip so so special. The bar staff were friendly and chatty, and one even made me a special cocktail for my birthday! We especially warmed to Ahmed on the front desk, who was really helpful with directions, requests and helping us navigate in and around the resort. By the end of the trip, we were going to see him just for a chat as it felt like he become our friend. The resort itself is great; the pool area staff are helpful and will provide towels and extra loungers if there aren't any free, there were plenty of activities to do such as the lazy river, the water slides and the shops/games arcades. We also went to the club lounge, and a few of the restaurants that weren't included in the All-Inclusive, and they were well worth the treat. I would highly recommend the live Teppanyaki! The beach is also about 300m from the resort, with a golf cart that takes you down if you don't fancy the walk. There were plenty of loungers, facilities and helpful staff also. We didn't try the food as it was very busy, and opted to walk back up to the hotel restaurant instead. The gardens on the walk down are well kept, with glorious fountains and a 9-hole golf course too.

The hotel was fantastic, beautifully kept and the pools were heated which was a huge bonus. The family rooms are clean and spacious, the kids each got a proper bed to sleep in too.

Music on the beach so loud and so cheap local music Breakfast starts at 6.30 but to get toils at 8 so if you finish breakfast and you wanna stay at pool or beach they refuse to give you toils till 8

No internet except in main reception. Transportation to and from hotel is really poor. Supervision over services like snorkelling could’ve been better. Main reception is always very busy and can’t accommodate helping all guests.
