- Wifi remains an issue at some places of the property. - Mosquitos at night can be irritating at open terraces. The hotel already has mosquito killer devices but maybe they can add more. My room had the net on the window so no issues there. - maybe they can also have a couple of Golf carts across the entire resort for elder people who sometimes find it difficult to walk long distances

This is my 3rd time to select DRR among all Hurghada resorts.. the hospitality is incomparable, everyone is actually keen on making your experience a special one. From the moment u arrive, till the moment to leave. Spacious, clean, beautiful greenery, many beach activities and night life, 3 amazing pools plus a water park. Everyone is putting effort, instant reply to concerns if any, flexibility in check-outs, honesty, amazing food in quality and very good varieties

We understand that the resort was fully booked and sometimes it was hard, but not impossible, to find a seat... need to set more control on reserved sea/pool chaise louges, please 🙏

Everything was perfect!! Starting from the follow-up right after we confirmed our reservation to the follow-up from Mr. Helmy on the night of our arrival and moving to out fast check-in experience and offer the brand new premium room with a minor proce increase. The new rooms are very nice and comfy with the fridge amenities recharged every day and free in-room fast Wi-Fi Do not miss downloading the Desert Rose movile App that perfectly keeps you engaged during your stay and answers most of the questions. Diversity and quality of food is exceptional with some nice, lovely international and local kitchens tasted during our stay Entertainment was, as well, very good, including beach and pool morning activities and after dinner shows and live music. Our Kids enjoyed the simple but entertaining Aqua Park and the big-size Chess and ping pong and kid area and kids room...lot to make them busy at all times. We also loved the free Pedal court, something not common to find... there are also tennis and volleyball and a beach gym for whoever is interested! This was our third visit, and surely not the last!

The hotel is very big so we had problems with the internet. It was not working everywhere, and the room toilets could be better.

The staff is very positive. But I especially want to mention one name seperately. Helmy Emad is very helpful, solution oriented person. He helped us too much to spend a very memorable holiday. I would like to thanks all team and Helmy that makes our holiday unforgettable. Most of the facilities; shows and beach made us very happy.

only nitpicking ... I would prefer to let beach or swimming pool open longer (6 pm for beach would be ideal). At least one towel center would be opened a bit longer then pool/beach (30 minutes after close).

Nice resort with everything what I can imagine, clean and well prepared. All personal was very nice and helpfull, our children loved fun with personal in child part of The Palm. Room was new and every day clean. Food was tasty and variable. Animation programs and evening entertainment was well balanced and high quality (stars of Manhattan was amazing). There was few nice surprises from catering like beach grill or cooks show (queen). A la carte restaurants was nice and thematic...again in top quality. Special thanks to Helmi and Jessica for restaurants ;)

1. The property is very clean and well maintained. It was much beyond my expectations. 2. There are so many activities all day long, even for kids and you feel amazed during your whole stay. 3. Night programs are outstanding and performed by professionals at high level. We spent 3 full days and still we couldn't explore all of resort. Am very sure, am gonna come back. 4. Pools are so clean and pool activities are so fun. 5. Resort is very flexible with late check-out, which is a big plus if your kids need nap before flights. 6. There are many options in meals and chefs are very kind and make anything customised you request for. 7. Very kind and helping guest relations.

The breakfast needs more variety and it needs to label the cold cuts and kinds of cheese, The swimming pools either too deep which is 210cm/180cm or too shallow 110-120 cm It needs a pool in between. You can’t use diving goggles in the swimming pool.

Our check in and check out process was extremely smooth and flexible, Mr. Helmy at customer relations was v. Nice with great communication skills and helped us many times during our stay to make it more enjoyable and memorable experience. the hotel’s cleanliness was amazing. Our housekeeping staff was v. Nice especially i think his name is Mustafa he worked at our rooms 4325:4324 , we really loved his nice touches to the room and the shapes of animals that he did. The beach is v. Safe .. they have a huge net from the bottom of the sea to more than 1.5 m high above the surface to prevent big fishes from getting to the beach. The activities pool and the aqua park was heated. There was many fun family activities playing games that we enjoyed everyday. lunch and dinner had a nice atmosphere and included a wider selection of food. All Staff members at the palm restaurant were very fast and polite while always finding a table for me and my family. Swimming pools were v. Large in size

Reception area, swimming pools at 120 cm are overcrowded, aqua slides are limited.

I had little expectations intially but I was wrong as it exceeded all later. Room was clean and tidy. Air-conditioner and wifi were all good. Resort has a rose garden ambience overall and did 100% justification to its name. Palm restaurant the main restaurant has good quality food live pasta, pizzas, salads, fresh grill meat, cakes were delicious . We had an opportunity for Mexian and Meditarian ala carte restaurants which were also excellent. Beach bar with lagoon offers excellent view of sea and refreshing quality cocktails and drinks ....we enjoyed this bar every evening. Garden hall which is excellently decorated showcases kid movies at 6 30 PM. You will never be bored with so many activities going like morning aerobics, open air working area, beach volley ball, tennis, swimming, slides. Service is awesome ...each and every one will make you comfortable and make you stay enjoyable.

Some times very noisy. Especially there was a small electric car hire for kids next to our room and at the afternoon it could be very noisy. Checking in and out can be an issue. Also in the morning the house keeping guys might be a little bit noisy.

The hotel is a bit dated but on a vast area right on the beach. It has Three very large swimming pools and lots of attractions to keep you entertained. I actually liked the coffee spots after a meal. Food nothing miraculous. A lot of different varieties but taste was ok. Staff is excellent at the buffet. Our rooms were newly refurbished and were very comfortable. Lovely weather and landscaping. Resort was very very clean all together. Thumbs up...

Nothing except Bella vesta bar closes at 6 Pm , I think it will be better if the extend its time

All staff members every where in the resort were very nice , smily, cooperative , very welcoming , doing their best to make us feel comfortable . I would like to specify Mr. Helmy who was with us since arrival till departure , always in touch to make sure every thing is going well. The food quality was superior as if it is home made , Food very tasty
