It can be expensive for what they offer. No Breakfast

The property is clean. The check in process was smooth . The staff at the front desk was really helpful. There is wifi, the location is central with a Metro station across from the property.

The drain in the shower did not function properly, so we had to shower in a rising puddle that disappeared only a couple of minutes after we finished.

The location was great, very close to everything, including the metro, historical center, and the stores.

In my first room the toilet did not function so if I hadn’t changed rooms (at an extra cost) I would have had to share a bathroom even though I paid for a private one, some towels had a few stains on them.

The hotel receptionist was very lovely and helpful, there was someone there at all times for assistance, the location is perfect. It’s a good place to stay if you’re only visiting Madrid for a day or two.

The street right next to it can be extremely noisy, especially during the day. Bring earmuffs if you want to sleep during the day.

Good location in the center of Madrid, right next to a subway station. Good facilities for the price and very amicable staff. It's next to a food vending place open 24/7. Everything was clean and ordely.

The rooms are too close to the reception so you can hear doors opening and closing and people talking and coming in.

The room only has one tiny window to the staircase, which echoes with people's voices coming in. So it was a bit loud. Other than that, it's a good stay

Guests should note the property is quite compact, so there may be some noise from other guests. If you are sensitive to this it would be good to bring ear-plugs.

Very good value for money, and a comfortable, clean room. I liked the location, and felt safe walking around here as a lone female traveller.

Be careful about booking a room in the brand new wing if it has an indoor window as the automatic hall lights went on/off all night and lit up the bedroom.

The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Rooms at the back are more quiet but the front one has a nice street outlook.

The room is a little small for multiple nights but for us was definitely a good deal for 2 nights stay. The location is great, close to metro station and many cafe and restaurants you can choose from. The room si clean and the internet connection was good.

The bed was kind of small for two people. It was not possible to control the room temperature, the bathroom was a bit awkward to use (can't flush toilet paper)

Location is nice, subway station downstairs. Staff are very friendly, and very kind to help with all questions, the room for my first night was a bit cold, staff very warmly help to change a warm room for the 2nd day. Room at the road side is with very nice views from a big window.

It was very hard to find. Maybe this was in the explanatory email and I didn't see it but the signage was terrible. Why is there no sign on the door or lower down? The small sign is way above eye level.

The staff were great! And I was offered a free upgrade.

Honestly, I don't have concerns.

The location is excellent, the staff is very kind and helpful. The room is adequate and nice. The building was built in 1898. The Noviciado Metro Station is located to few steps from the hotel. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores very near. There is an elevator in the building

The staff is very helpful. The location is walking distance to the Gran Via. I highly recommend it for travellers who are budget conscious.
