Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaDinner offerings were rather limited as was lunch. The hotel is not in a very convenient location if you do not have a car.
Breakfast offered an outstanding selection of food to suit most tastes. The staff were all very pleasant and co-operatve.

United States of AmericaModern minimalist design lacks storage. For example, instead of regular night stands with drawers etc, just one shelf, insufficient for all my stuff (eyeglasses, electronics, medication, keys, jewelry, tissues, book, brochures and so on). Minimalism is adequate for doll houses, not for travelers in a hotel!

NorwayEach parking lane should have been marked with a visable number. Also better marked the direction to the lobby entrance and payment mashines visable for the whole garage floor. The breakfast-food supposed to be hot (scrambled eggs, sausages etc) , should have been placed in the expected hot-containers (metal with cover and steaming hot water under) to keep it hot.
Exelent hotel, and top service. The beakfast had a lot of varieties, of good quality. The parking under the hotel is very conveniant when you come by road. Regular bus nearby into city center, or availeble taxies (take 10 minutes) just outside the door.

United KingdomTo get out onto the balcony we had to step over a ridge about 30cm high, which was initially quite hazardous until we got used to stepping over it and then it was fine. The quality of the pic-nic breakfast could have been much better (we had this as our flight was early and before the restaurant opened for breakfast). It was really quite basic and clearly prepared the right before with damp buns from the soggy tomato slices. This should have been much better, given the excellent breakfast buffet by comparison.
I have just returned from a wonderful stay at this excellent hotel. The reception area is lovely and airy and very spacious with plenty of large comfortable sofas to sit and relax. There are lots of staff on at reception so any queery you have can be dealt with immediately without a long wait to speak to someone. We had an excellent twin deluxe room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was fabulous. The pool was clean and we witnessed alot of cleaners/maintenance people working hard during our stay to maintain the lovely grounds and social areas which were very clean. There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice, the food was well stocked and though busy there were never queues to get food. The staff were friendly and couldnt do enough to make our stay pleasant. Our wake up call was punctual. There is a small taxi rank right outside the hotel entrance so always a taxi immediately on hand to go into the centre for an average of only 8 Euros.

PortugalThe swimming pool was closed at the first 2 days, and the weather was incredible, very hot. Then, they opened the swimming pool but they didn’t tell us anything and the opening hours were short (12h - 19h), it was sad.

SpainThis is the holly week so the room rate is super super high .............
The hotel is out of center, but we can park car around the hotel and easy to get taxi to the center. The room is with 3 beds for us, just good enough. The reception and tourist information are very willing to provide information. Actually I had been in this hotel several times, and I think I will come back in the future.

GermanyWe stayed in the days of big rain and storm in Sevilla, and unfortunately the windows were not isolated well so the cold air and the rain were coming in between the edges, so the window sill was totally wet and it was cold in the room as the heating was not working. We informed about it on the reception and the kind receptionist has noted that the room must be blocked until the windows are fixed, which was very professional.
Super clean and beautiful hotel and rooms, very kind personal. Rich and delicious buffet breakfast. Location is not far from the center, we could walk to the city and also there is a closeby bus station.

United KingdomNothing really. Main points were all good.
The hotel is a little quirky. It is absolutely lovely inside, spotlessly clean, marble floors and fantastic spaces. It looks like it was indeed a palace at some point in the past, as the architecture at either end of the main reception area harks back to earlier times. All this beauty seems to have been covered up on the outside though, and the outside of the building looks very tacky indeed. Windows looked in dire need of cleaning and the rooftop sign for the hotel would not have been out of place in 1950s America. Quirky. Dinner in the hotel was superb. We had the opportunity to eat outside overlooking the garden. The food was lovely and the staff friendly and approachable. It was very relaxing. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a 'terrace' that had a steep step to access. Lovely and quiet though, and a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the peace. Breakfast was pretty good, with good coffee and a good selection to suit most palates. The underground car park was spacious and most welcome in the city. Access from the car park was straight up to reception. Check-in and -out were easy, with helpful and friendly staff. We'd definitely consider this hotel again if we're back in Seville.
