Location is excellent. You could enjoy your stay drinking coffee and looking on the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast is good enough, better to come earlier, then you'll have more choice and everything that should be hot - will be hot/warm. Surrounding is great, and you could easily have an excellent food and drinks nearby the hotel, just 200 meters by walk. Reaching the Alicante downtown or Benidorm using a tram is absolutely great option. As well as for travelers who like walking, it will take 30 -40 minutes to reach the old city

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and good transport links to the centre of Alicante (bus lines 21 and 22). The view from the hotel was wonderful overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Good links by tram and train to Benidorm and Murcia. Room was very clean with a large bathroom/shower.

Shabby looking building outside the city. You have to do a lot of climbing to get to the bus/tram. No restaurants around except for the hotels one. We got half board, breakfast+dinner, and I wouldn't say the dinner had many options, also almlst all the same for 3 days. There's no toilet brush!!?? Wtf?!

The rooms are actually spacious and nice on the inside, though our window was facing a wall. They cleaned them every day and changed the towels, so not a bad experience after all.

Alicante very interesting,ancient City with lots of history.Not as Tourist visited as Benidorm.

Have stayed here many times and found it excellent value for money.Normally stay between November and February for a couple or so weeks.Clean modern rooms,loosely based on Travelodge/Premier Inn Standard.Friendly staff.Nevr pay more than 40 Euros per room only daily rate.Tram station at La Isleta takes 5 minutes to walk,then 10 minutes Tram ride to centre of Alicante for 1.45 Euros.Bus from Alicante (C6) to Airport takes 15 minutes and costs 3.85 Euros. Tram from Alicante to Benidorm hourly or better takes about 40 minutes and costs under £10.Weather hits 20C most days November and February

The food choice and quality for dinner were just shocking. Terribly small portions, tasteless and stale feeling food, hardly any choice on the menu. For €16 you can have an amazing meal in town. Would never buy a stay with dinner meal again, definitely a massive lowlight of the trip. Breakfasts were ok. Otherwise, I was very happy with all the other aspects of the hotel.

We loved the quiet of midweek, but the late Friday night (for the weekend) had children/people running up and down till late, on the floor above, hence difficult to sleep. Fortunately, their late night made it quiet for breakfast in the morning!

A short winter break, lovely and quiet and away from it all, but could walk into town or tram/bus to Alicante. Views out to sea are amazing. And the tennis courts are brilliant for encouraging you to keep healthy.

The listing on Booking.com gave the impression there was a pool (It was closed till summer) The view out of the window was a wall, we were practically underground

Room were very clean and spacious.We took taxi from hotel to City centre.It hardly takes 7 min to Santa Barbara castle and other church. Staff was also helpful. Location is also good.Its value for money.As per the temp outside.They need to open their swimming pool.

I didn't like it and for this reason I won't come back and I wouldn't recommend it either, thanks to the room she offered me at the reception. if I were in the place of the managers, I would not offer those rooms to the guests. I expected a room at a higher level. not facing the sea, I didn't pay extra but at least at a higher level. For four days during my stay I only saw a wall, actually the window of my room is positioned 2 meters from a huge wall. I am convinced that in that huge hotel there were 3 much better rooms for my group. For this reason I do not recommend this hotel. A big minus is the fact that the phone number on the website is not valid.

Close to the beach, but a little drive to the city center. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. There is a parking area free of charge nearby.

Tv is small and is not smart,so no youtube or something.rhen is no fridge in the room,not even water on arrival.dont have any kettle.coffee machine was in bar,but only work for 2days.another 2days was no coffee.not working.and in reception helpful was only 2ladies. The older man,on arrival wasn't friendly at all. We arrived late,so restaurant was closed,we asked where we can get food,he wasn't friendly at all.didnt recommend us any nearby places.didne even tell us,there was essential shop just around the corner on hotel,and he was working until 11or 11.30. we didn't want to go back to the city again with taxi,as we didn't rented car yet.

Not far from airport, about 15min with taxi. For 3 star is very good. Very clean hotel ,maybe towels must be updated,not very white,but clean. Have tennis courts,gym pool,but only open may,so was closed.beach not far very nice view from window and balcony. Was bath,but I prefer shower.aome rooms have shower.didnt try food in hotel.but there is vending machine.nice room,not big,but ok.wardrobe.bed was very comfortable
