We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was good and choices enogh to pick favorites to your own plate. As the hotel is cosy and small enough you are treated as a royal. The staff is brilliant, loved them.

SpainWhen we flushed the toilet it was like a geyser going off, very powerful and also very noisy, we could hear plumbing noise from other rooms, that is OK during the day, but the room next to us seemed to use the flush several times overnight!
The location in the coastal resort of Grau was perfect for us, in late September parking was easy, everything we needed was closeby. The pool looked lovely even though we didn't go in it this time. Room great, we even had a fridge and a clothes line over the bath. Luckily we like a firm bed. WiFi good.
