Would have been great to have a second chair in the room and possibly a kettle however not desperately needed.

Perfect location on a beautiful street. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and courtyard were lovely.

No where to put your shampoo and soap in shower. No shelf .Went on floor. No mirror, only small one in the bathroom. No lights going down dark stairs .

I was on the groundfloor so I didn't have to take the stairs to the rooms on the upper floors. I'm not sure if a lift was available.

Great location I think. I was only there for a short overnight stay for work. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Free parking nearby. That part of the town also seemed beautiful with its maintenance of the old fashion decor.

Super comfortable bed, great location. We had a beautiful room with a private terrace which we did not expect. Best nights sleep on our trip due to the comfortable bed and the lack of traffic noise being in the old town. Great breakfast in the downstairs restaurant.

OK, there had been a major storm the week before so I'm guessing their well aware the room needs a whitewash. That's it.

Room 103 was the finest, can't work out where the negative posts has come from?. Staff great but not intrusive, cleaning was super. breakfast across the road.... Er, less than 2 meters away and huge choice. Great stay

There was only 1 small bathroom in the apartment.

Staying in the old town was the best decision. We could walk to the best restaurants and it was less crowded than the beach area.

Great location in the old town on Alcudia. Near the shops, food, and a market setup on Tuesday morning. Easy to park in the free lot nearby.

Devil is in the details but some electrical wires were visible in the bathroom. The small spot could be changed for a smoother light as you got it right in the face. Small plastic sink in the bathroom, and the shower door seals could have been changed.. But this has not changed the fact we enjoyed our stay, these are just recommendations for improvements !

Ideally located in the small town of Alcudia, with an easy free parking at 2min walk distance. Hotel is very nice, rooms were ok too.

I guess the place might be too noisy for some tourists, especially during the high season and the restaurant plays quite loud music from morning till evening.

We stayed in a room overlooking the street above the restaurant. Alcudia is a truly lovely town and we were happy to be part of it for 2 nights. Great breakfast in the restaurant downstars, beautiful view from its garden.

we had a broken air conditioning unit and weren’t informed it dripped all night. it’s also really loud if you have a room that opens onto the Main Street into the old town.

A lot of humidity in the bathroom (the smell was really strong), and it lacked some privacy because one of its walls was all glass (you had to pull on a curtain to avoid someone in bed to see you while you were in the toilet…).

Very, very unpleasant smell in the bathroom and no sound proof windows which made it quite hard at night to find sleep.

There was nothing to really not like. However, i would add some towel hooks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. Additionally, I noticed some dust in places that should be cleaned but it wasn't too bothersome. Also, at night you can hear people pulling suitcases on the road. It didn't bother be really but if you are sensitive to sound it may be a concern.

Overall the apartment was very nice. There was ample space and a balcony. Bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The location was superb and in a central location in the Old Town of Alcudia. It is also very close to the bus station and taxi point.
