The master bedroom was very hard, and short. The living room's convertable bed was very sunk in, uncomfortable, and noisy. The walls were paper thin. There was very few outlets.

The online checking and key-system was very practical. Two bathrooms were very convenient. The apartment is located in the centre of the city, near the main transportaitions.

Sofa is very uncomfortable to sleep. Old furniture. Need renovation. In the first apartment, there was no hot water, but they gave us another and hit water was in it.

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Arc de Triumph. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, spacious.

the price of the apartment is quite expensive. The picture of the apartment is very tempting, but in reality the apartment is very different, if I were the owner, I would constantly try to have things repaired or maintained inside

The apartment was not really what it looked like on the photos, but not bad either. It wasn't the cleanest either, very dirty floors. On arrival our doorlink wasn't working so we had to go to the reception next door but they resolved it quite quickly, so can't fault that. Nonetheless, I would stay again

The location was absolutely perfect, not far from the Arc de Triomf, Sagrada Familia and easy metro connections to las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya etc. Plenty of space in the apartment, we traveled with our three daughters and they loved the amount of space we had. Two bathrooms a massive livingroom and dining table and a big kitchen.

It was little bit long and difficult process to get the keys. Apartment was not worth for money but I guess barcelona is just very pricy.

Water inn the shower fluctuated between hot and cold. The flat needs a proper wash down! Looked as if it had only been quickly washed. Sofa and chair were full of dirty marks - did not want to sit there. Curtains were dirty and torn. Could easily hear people in the corridor/stairs.

Good location and good size. 3 Metro stations (different lines) within 10 min walk. Good cafes and restaurants close by. Air condition. Helpful staff. Easy to open doors with app. No issue with noise from the street. Did not use the kitchen facilities.

You can hear the neighbors at night, the old washing machine, and very bad wi-fi!

Possibility to take the keys 24/7. Great location, close to grocery stores, cafes for breakfast. I also want to note that the location is really very cool: Plaza Catalunya is close, the tourist part of the city as well. Nearby there are all necessary bus stops. Overall good !

No window in one of the rooms, the bed in the living room wasn't that comfortable and it made noises when moving.

On first day, the first person we met in early morning from Hola reception wasn't friendly at all and sounded very sarcastic to our request for early check (advised us to sleep in a dark room on ground floor while waiting check in scheduled in afternoon; in like we were refugees begging for space). Quite an unpleasant experience really. Thereafter we met another 2 people from Hola, they were helpful & friendly.
