Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Maybe as a suggestion- coffee makers/water cookers should be placed. Being a morning tea/coffee person, would appreciate it having in the room.

It was extremely loud until midnight because of the disco on the ground floor. Boring swimming pools, kids have nothing to do there. If you travel with children, keep it in mind.
Proper work of air-conditioner. Good choice of food for breakfast/dinner.

I don't have any major complaints except maybe that the Wi-Fi should be much faster because it is very slow.
The location is great with access to parking. A very nice and pleasant place to rest.

We didn't mind but the entertainment is loud but finishes at midnight.
Lovely international hotel, the shower in the room was an added luxury, the restaurant was clean and offered a wide variety of food.

Smelly drain in the shower and defective ventilation in the toilet. As usual, I didn't waste my time with complaints so the hotel staff didn't know about the problems.
The room was nice and clean, table and chairs on the balcony, very good pressure of water in the shower, very good and various breakfast, very friendly staff. We recommend dinner in the restaurant of the hotel. Wi-Fi was ok.

air conditioner was barely working. I could hear and feel some air coming out of the vent but it was too little to make a difference in the room temperature. it was hot at night and you can’t open the windows because it’s quite noisy outside

There are many restaurants around the hotel, some of them were open until 04:00 and it was very noisy.
The hotel is convenient for visiting Barcelona. By train you can reach Barcelona in 80 minutes. It is close to the beach. The food is very good.

lunch and dinner were quite repetitive, couldn’t eat this same food for a week. not sure if there’s more variety in summer. Beds were very hard. The balconies have a gap at the bottom that is far too large for me to few comfortable having my one year old out there with us

There was loud live music coming from the hotel pool area at night time and you could hear it in your room apparently it was a daily thing they had till around midnight

Very very loud until silly hours of the morning. No nice restaurants around the area. Some areas were nice but some looked and felt like a hostel. We were FORBIDDEN to take a piece of fruit from the restaurant which was ridiculous.
The property looked a lot nicer on booking.com that it was in person. The rooms however were nice and the shower was very good. They had pool tables which were good and a jacuzzi, however there was only 1 and it was cold and constantly in use.
