Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GibraltarGreat location, secure underground parking is located within 1 minute walk to the hotel. We didn't need to use the car with everything in walking distance, or if a taxi was needed they're located right beside the hotel too. If we return to Sevilla we wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else.

United KingdomThis describes itself as a 4 star hotel and therefore we were surprised to find a damaged bathroom floor and very inefficient air-con. There were some plumbing issues and we woke to no water at all one morning. It was fixed during the day but after that the shower water temperature was very inconsistent, changing from very hot to very cold on a couple of days. I like a reasonably firm mattress but for me the mattress here was much too hard.
The room was a decent size, with a wonderful view of the cathedral in the distance. The bed was large and the linen a good quality. The toiletries in dispenser bottles were nice and the room was well equipped with a kettle, windows that opened, a small fridge and black-out curtains which helped keep out the heat during the day. The location is very central in a square where you can easily pick up a taxi or bus, and an easy walk to the historic centre. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants very nearby. The hotel is next to El Corte Ingles and Aldi (where we picked up our breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice.) The hotel foyer is attractive and comfortable and on our arrival we enjoyed the complimentary glass of Manzanilla (it was Fería week!)

United KingdomNo view from our room was a bit disappointing. Charging for a bottle of water in the room is a bit duff. As most of the other hotels I have stayed in give you at least one free one these days.
Good location for exploring the city, most of the things you will want to see are within a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is very clean and efficient. The room was a good size and the bed was huge. A decent size bathroom with a good shower.

United KingdomThink being charged for a bottle of water in the room without advertising the cost was not good. I feel that when paying what we did for the room, a bottle of water should be included. Most hotels I have stayed in provide a bottle of water Would probably have just bought a bottle at the supermarket opposite if we had known it was going to cost us 12 euro for water.
Location excellent. Central easy to get to all Seville highlights. Very clean and quiet room.

United KingdomSupply of tea and coffee. Only 1 sachet of each, per person, per day. Thought this was pretty mean, considering how much the room cost. Wifi did not work on my tablet. Reception staff not at all interested in this.
Room and bed comfortable. Shower especially good.

IrelandThere was nothing I didn't like
The staff on reception were very helpful in giving advice on local attractions. I got a map off them and everything was explained very well on what to see and do. The lady booked a flamenco show for me and another lady assisted me another day in booking train tickets to go to Cordoba. I appreciate their help. Room was very clean and a great shower. I slept very well and I did have neighbours but they were very quiet too. Location of hotel is great with 10 mins walk to alcazar and Cathedral. Plaza España is further away but their a tram in Plaza Nuveu about 5 mins walk from hotel that goes back and over all day long to Plaza España and it also stop at the Cathedral. Great shopping around hotel and I found a lovely Chinese restaurant behind the hotel. There also a great cafe with gorgeous cakes and pastry beside McDonald's restaurant and right at the bus stop to the Santa Justa train station

United KingdomAs mentioned the hit food wasn't hot enought , but the breakfast room was superb. It looks as if the hotel is being extended A roof terrace would be good .
The breakfast was a good mix of hot and continental food. Only think that spoiled it a little was that the hot food was cool.I envied the comfort and locality of the hotel. This is my seventh time staying there, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
