The bathroom was no good. In order to take a shower you need to step into the bath which is extremely dangerous. Its constructed in such a way that it’s impossible not to slip. There is also no handle where i can hold myself when stepping in and out the bath. Unacceptably dangerous!

The apartment was great and spacious but the furniture has seen better days. I never found the washing machine.

The location is amazing. The space in general is great. The closet and the bathroom are huge. The staff is really helpful and nice. Great and comfortable experience.

Kitchen equipment was quite poor. Not a single sharp knife. There also were ants in the apartment, mostly in the kitchen.

The location of the suites is perfect. Walking distance from most of the major sights in the center. There are also plenty restaurants around. The apartment was clean when we got there

Accommodation although at first looked nice, modern etc. was actually very tired and in need of updating and smartening up. No kettle or facility to boil water other by using a saucepan on the hob. Most accommodation now provides a kettle and/or a coffee machine. An iron was provided but no ironing board! The bathroom had no ventilation or extractor fan so steamed up when using the shower which meant the mirror took longer to de-mist. The lighting throughout the apartment was poor, especially in the bathroom and the 'dressing' area just next to the bathroom which also didn't have a full length mirror!? Spacious accommodation for us as a couple. However, the property had another bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds giving the impression it could accommodate 5 people! There is a large dining table with 6 chairs, but a really small and uncomfortable sofa on which only a maximum of 3 people could sit and one small armchair. The property we booked was a studio. We were informed upon check in that we were staying in a suite! I have checked all of the photos on booking.com and none of them bear any any resemblance to the property we stayed in. I would rather have stayed in a studio as per our booking, providing of course that it bears some sort of resemblance to the photos advertised!?

BATHROOM : Bathroom space was extremely restricted. No counter space for makeup/ shaving/ hairdryer placement. No hooks to hang up wet towels. KITCHEN: No wine glasses available and no sharp knives to cut fruit or vegtables.

Couldn't control the heat in the room, all remotes had been removed. Many light bulbs seem to be out of order, couldn't lock the bathroom

We want to keep th we appartement clean , but if there is no cleaning facilities like soap , dishwasher pads , sponge etc … it’s a dirty place without an opportunity to clean

The room was on the basement and you can hear all the noise of the street. Sleepless night. Even it is mentioned that the company has its own private garage, it was a public garage managed by others. the guy asked for my car keys and I had to leave the keys because I had no other choice. But the hotel personnel helped me to get my car early in the morning due to early check out.

The location. It is very close to the Plaza Espana and Temple of Debod. The personnel was very helpful and kind.

I had to go to the reception to get toilet paper and waste bins as the hotel provided one roll for 4 days. There was a dishwasher that did not work and there was no kettle to boil water for tea.

The street where the property is located is dirty and doesn't give a sense of safety. Only got the email with the entrance codes after I arrived and had to wait outside, with my luggage, for another customer to come out and direct me where to go for help, because there isn't even a help telephone number listed. Only received the breakfast option the day before I was leaving.

The walls had damp throughout and it was very cold during our stay so was uncomfortable. We asked to be moved but were told there was no availability. The internet did not work, they tried to fix it but could not.

The apartment looked really nice on the surface. Location was good.

The property was advertised as 2 bed room, but the reception was split with a screen to creatw a bed room. The lifts were stinking.Overall the price charged for this property is not worth it
