The room and bathroom were not very clean. Eveam after the service there where spots on the bathroom sink and toilet. We cleand them with wet wipes . You have to have slippers (not provided) because if you have white socks they will get dirty.

The room was large, clean, and in a great location. I loved that I didn't have to keep up with the key for the room. Reception staff was very helpful.

I felt a little too noisy, during my first night people were shouting in the street just beside my room. I could listen other guests talking or walking. However, the second night everything was calmed around.

Location is really good. I was for business and my meetings were in WTC, it was just a 15 walk, which made it really good. I liked the decoration of the lobby, super chill for spending some time there.

I did not like the location of the entrance to the hotel, because it made it impossible for a taxi to approach. I also didn't like the breakfast - there were no vegetables

Location was a little bit suspect. It is in a very dark alley among other dark alleys, which did not make me feel safe walking around late at night.

The photos of the room I booked, completely different, like 2 different hotels and it was really terrible. After complaining I got another room and it was better. The hotel has a parking lot only for a very small car but I didn't find any information before.

The atmosphere end the breakfast were good. Not far away from center.

The air conditioning was not working (it was set to the hotel timer which does not operate until April) which made for an uncomfortable first night. (On the second and third nights of our stay we were provided with a fan which helped cool the room). The area in which the hotel was located was noisy pretty much throughout the night.

The hotel is located close to La Ramblas and the waterfront which was very convenient for walking and exploring the areas. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The shower did not have a door which allowed quite a bit of water to spray out onto the bathroom floor. The walls seemed kind of thin. We were woken up both nights of our stay by the sound of our neighbor's "nighttime" activities.

Check-in was easy. The decor in the lobby was fun. We liked the location just off La Rambla and close to the metro station.

Everything was fabulous! The location closed to La Ramblas, lots of shops and cafes around, very clean- towels changed every day, friendly &helpful stuff, great Coffee and food for breakfast! My group of students and I really loved our stay!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️
