Nice apartment with good quality furniture, very spacious, very clean. Good breakfast. Underground parking is convenient. Very friendly staff, we arrived late after delayed ferry arrival, reception stays open later to welcome you, or would arrange lock box self check in in the event you were arriving way too late. We stayed only one night as a transit point but could have stayed longer.

The time of siesta mentioned on the booking has to agree exactly to the actual. It is worth foreseeing the case when the guests arrive at this time moment without calling a phone. It may happen that the guests may have roaming or other problems with the telephone. There was no soap for hands provided! There is sole ventilator in the bedroom, no air conditioning.

It was a spacious room, actually, 2 rooms with a kitchen and a bathroom, like a real apartment! There was a good view from my windows, good breakfast. I slept well, and I did not hear the neighbours.

The lack of air conditioning - unseasonably hot and humid. Difficult to get a nice breeze blowing through the apartment. Has to sleep with windows open and some noise for the harbour.

The WiFi was not strong and only in a certain location in the apartment. The kitchen was not well equipped, no chopping board and only one sharp knife which was a bread knife with the tip bent.

The apartment was big and clean. Nice bath tub and shower. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was a good selection.

The neighbourhood is a bit run down, hotel is close to the city center, but one must beware the steep walk up hill, better if you have a car. It was a bit noisy at the night, there were some birds or animals making sqeeky noises right outside the window, dogs barking, cars and port but with the windows closed it was quiet.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, fully equipped kitchen, nice view from the window, staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. I stayed for three weeks on a business trip and overall had a very pleasant experience!

It was our second stay in the hotel so we knew what to expect. There are not many options in La Palma and this aparthotel is good value for what it offers: large room with kitchen and separate bedroom, parking garage and good breakfast.
