You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Property was clean, comfortable and centrally located to enjoy highlights in Ronda. Carlos, the host was exceptional. He was prompt to respond to all communications. He met us for check in, assisted with parking and bringing our luggage to the apartment. He sat with us during check in with a map and highlighted points of interest to visit and made recommendations for dining. Amenities such as water, coffee, tea and fresh fruit were also provided.

It was perfect.
Host Carlos greeted us before we reached the apartment! His orientation and recommendations were all first rate. The apartment is complete and very well equipped, we could have stayed for a month. Location in pedestrian shopping district, near train station and restaurants, is very convenient.

Pablo was extremely helpful - meeting us at garage , bringing us to the apartment , giving us ideas of what to do in Ronda along with a map and a little history. He also gave us recommendations of good places to eat - which wee in fact very local and good. Pablo and apartment added to our stay at Ronda.

We had an amazing time in the beautiful apartment. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed for our stay. Carlos was also very friendly and helpful, giving us tips on restaurants and things to do and see in Ronda.

Everything was perfect for our stay.
Ease of communication was excellent. Everything we needed to know sent quickly and efficiently. Spotless apartment in an excellent location. On main pedestrian area with no street noise. Comfy beds and huge bathroom with wonderful shower. Parking was nearby and we were met at the car park to help us where needed. Efficient and friendly help on arrival and departure.

I booked this apartment after reading the reviews that Carlos, the host, was accessible and friendly as I was a solo traveller. I messaged him a couple of times before arriving and received a quick, reassuring response. Carlos was there to meet me and spent time explaining good locations/amenities on the map. He was available via WhatsApp if I needed any questions answering. The apartment was clean and had little extras, which were appreciated. The heating also came on twice a day as it is chilly in Ronda in February. It is an excellent location and easy access to supermarkets, historical places, bullring etc. The apartment is located at the back of building so it was very quiet and safe.

Apartments is great, on great location, on the main street, and few minutes from old bridge... Carlos is wonderful, he helped us with everything (garage, he showed us a apartment, he showed us where are best place to go, what to eat, and where... He is very kind and five stars for him and the apartment...

Nothing to dislike!!
Great location, very comfortable, clean, and very well equipped with everything you could need for self-catering. With a safe underground garage nearby, included in the price. Carlos, who speaks very good English, was extremely kind and helpful when I got lost, driving into town, and he came to the rescue and guided me to their garage. He also had a lot of very useful information and tips for getting the best Ronda experience. I would absolutely stay here if I visited Ronda again. As I was on my own, I chose the back bedroom, which was very quiet.

Spotlessly clean lovely apartment with everything you could need. Centrally located, close to everything. Carlos was very helpful and pinpointed places of interest and recommended local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

The father of the owner Jose, met us at the parking garage where he had the remote to open the door to the parking garage. He spoke a little English and I a little Spanish. But we communicated well telling me that parking in Ronda is very difficult. He explained to me the process of the keys and how you enter the living area as well as how to leave the building pressing the button in a distinctive manner. It was very amusing. Thank you Jose for guiding our rental car to the top floor of the garage. The place was clean and we did not find any unsafe area anywhere.

The subtle noise of the television set, a rather dated device.
The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, equipped with everything necessary, even a washing machine. The host was so kind to leave some water and fruits for us also. The temperature in the apartment was great, the place is equipped with heating and air conditioning if necessary. The building is placed very well, at walking distance from most of the important attractions of Ronda. The beds were comfortable and the kids were so happy with the place.
