Could have been cleaner - this was the worst part of the apartment. Some of the furniture a bit worn out but still ok in the price range. Some kitchenware missing (driptray, cutting board, kitchen towels etc.) - easy to improve at low cost. A couple of spare towels would be nice - accidents happen :)

Excellent location, close to the city centre, cathedral and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Superb view from the tarrace - it is on the top floor. 2 bedrooms separate from huge living area and two bathrooms - overall very comfortable. Air conditioning, very comfortable beds, warm water. Internet ok.

The twin beds scooted easily while in the bed. Would have preferred actual coffee instead of instant. One of the pillows smelled like a smoker had slept on it, but we are sensitive. No parking for 1.5 km around but was busy time of night.

The location was excellent! Right in City Center with two restaurants downstairs and the Catedral across the street. Love the wraparound deck outside. Nicely furnished. On 6th floor but had an elevator. Building clean and safe.

One bathroom shower stall is very small and the water pressure is low.

Unit is on the 2nd floor right above two busy restaurants and next to a very popular pedestrian walkway where horse drawn carriages came by every day. We saw dead and semi dead cockroaches in the building which is a sign there has been some infestation. Heater is noisy but works after staff cleaned the filter. Two bedrooms but only one has heat. Staff is very responsive and brought in extra blankets and we all slept very well. Location is superb, neighborhood is safe and clean. Beautiful Christmas lights all around and major attractions are within easy walking distance. Room rate is fair for this area. Indoor washing machine is a plus.

One of the beds had a broken leg, also the fold out sofa bed could have been better as you could feel the mattress creases where the mattress was folded into the sofa.

The location the amazing views from the 5th floor apartment and the separate kitchen outside the three other rooms plus two toilets. Made for a very comfortable stay with an adult group of 5.

No washing machine. Noise from adjacent apartment heard through bedroom wall. Eg someone plugging in appliances!! Noisy with two apartments side by side inside a wing of the apartment floor. Difficult to first get into the apartment building as Spanish law makes it compulsory to supply passport registration online 24hrs before. We had trouble with the internet and the registration didn't work. Arrived at the building and telephoned the manager but she wouldn't let us in until registration was done, yet all the details were already in the booking. Not able to get internet on the street meant it was impossible to register while standing outside the door. She insisted. We had to find a wifi cafe. With suitcase in hand. Make sure the registration is accepted and you get the code for the front door.

Location very close to Cathedral and main shopping streets. Spacious apartment, block out curtains Little kitchen with griller Security and safety is a priority: code at front door of building, then code at door to wing of apartments C and D on 4th floor. Then key into apartment. Lift to access floors 2 to 5. Comfortable queen bed. Quality rubber pillows.

The property is right around the corner from the cathedral where Christopher Columbus is buried. I loved all the windows in the living room and the air conditioning.

The only problem in the building was the lift. Although it worked, it didn't seem to be very stable. In fact, a note inside it explained that only 2 persons could get in, and no bags should be carried due to the balance/stability of the lift. This could be a problem if older people were to use the stairs up to the 4th floor. Bathroom products may need to be bought by the users, as there are few on the check-in and those will not be replaced by the staff.

The apartment is perfectly located near the cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The use of code to enter the building is also a good way to manage the check-in more easily. We stayed for 4 nights, and the apartment size and commodities were enough for a 4-adults family.

The weather during our stay in Seville was pretty hot, and the AC couldn’t cool down the place and most of the times it was warm inside.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Everything is close and within walking distance.
