A real window is missing. The furniture is basic. And it's quite noisy in the building.

The apartment was very close to La Rambla and very convenient for walking sightseeing. Public transport is quick and easy to reach. Lots of restaurants and places to eat around.

Claustrophobic flat, cobwebs everywhere, lift not working many time and the showers was so so weak I had hard time washing my hairs. But the worst was the staff. Advertising luggage storage on booking.com - we checks out and we couldn't open this common luggage room, er asked for help and the security guy did not speak any English. I spoke over the phone to someone whom just kept saying to open the door. I was getting upset and he did literally nothing to help. A very simple situation but they did not know how to manage. Guys do some customers service and management training please.

check in was a nightmare. to check in on a machine that took us over an hour to get the key with no staff at the premises. the 2nd night both key cards would not work to get into room.

The pillows weren't comfy at all, honestly. And the cleanliness could be better, but nothing extreme. The apartment was cute. The self check-in was a nightmare, I hate it. Had to try it like 3 times because it didn't work, eventually we succeed but very annoying.

The position was amazing, near the metro L3 Liceu. Everything was near and we basically were right on the Rambla. Position 10/10

As we were a group of 6 we were on the top floor not a problem in itself but we had 6 Suitcases. There is a lift but there are also a few steps at the top which wasn't much fun with all the Suitcases, toddlers and a bad knee. We also couldn't get any hot water for the duration of the stay and when this was brought up to the owners/management I was argued with stating that they had checked it and it was working fine. It definitely wasn't for our stay and I was unable to shower my children while we were there. I felt I was being called a liar. It could possibly have been working fine when they checked it but it wasn't a peak time of day. I was also told that all we had to do was allow the hot water to refill. Not really do-able with 6 of us to get ready every day. The pull out bed was also very rickety and old so could do with replacing.

The mugs for breakfast were too small and I missed some cooking utensils. Some utensils should be replaced. Not very light because the rooms are not oriented to the street, but quiet at night at the same time. Suggestions have been welcome.

Perfect spot in the city. Very attentive service. Excellent quality price ratio for 2 people. Room for 3-4 people.

Was really noisy and the other on the location was drunk and screaming and speak until 3 o’clock in the morning in condition that I have small children and they need to sleep .

The location is great, on Ramblas, which is good, to find the location without calling is not that easy, but the person who answered and explained me who to get there was very nice and polity. We stood there one night so not much to evaluate, for us was good. I think i will use this location on future when we will go back to Barcelona.

The machine that was at the front desk used for payment and key reception is slow and not as much as responsive. In addition, it is not user friendly to operate.

The apartment and building is old and small. To be expected given its location but you can't appreciate how small everything is from the pictures. Beds are super basic and uncomfortable. Need to upgrade there. This is a very basic apartment and I would advise against this place for a longer term stay. There are no real amenities in the building and because of the central location you will also hear that.

The apartment is in a central location in Las Ramblas. Very close to a lot of things and right in the center of the action. Check in was surprisingly easy given the set up. There is no one physically there and just a kiosk for check in but someone is available to talk to 24/7 in case you have issues which was super helpful. We got into the place relatively easily.

We had to use a machine to access the key card. Apartment very central to La Rambla and metro. There was no access to the balcony on the top with the pool. Apartment had all we needed for a couple of days. Kitchenette was handy.

Poor check in process - clunky self checkin kiosk in foyer is not great - with a few groups checking in at the same time as us it was time consuming and frustrating. All the other places we stayed during our trip had online checkin processes that could be done in advance - a quicker and more streamlined approach.
