The bathroom did seem to flood a little when you had a shower. The WiFi wasn’t included and the prices seemed a bit high

Location was amazing and the view from my apartment was great. It was a very nice modern apartment. It was also fabulous that the tvs were in the sitting rooms in each of the apartment certainly near me - meaning less chance of disturbance when trying to sleep in the bedroom.

Cleaning rooms was not daily and guests had to pay for beach towels, while toiletries provided were limited and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. This is a family friendly hotel, not an adults only resort, so expect there to be many children.

The location of the property was excellent in close proximity to the beach and the main seaside promenade and adjacent boulevard with bars/restaurants and shops. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and gave us good tips, as well as let us check in early and upgraded us to an apartment with a partial sea view. I did not book breakfast or use the restaurant facilities at the hotel and was happy with my decision, as there were so many good restaurants at walking distance from the hotel.

The little apartment was a bit "tired" looking but that did not in any way affect our stay. I had difficulties getting answers to some questions from the hotel both through booking.com and direct email to the reception which made me a bit wary before getting there. I think it is really important to try and answere every ("stupid") question you get....

The bedroom look and feel was slightly dated. It does however, need a minor update overall from the bathroom to the kitchen space to the living room area. It could use a total face lift. I do find the space cosy and I think it has a certain charm and quality.

The staff- the pool, hotel facilities, and the breakfast and food offerings were great. The cost was decent for the location. I was so impressed by the grocery store in the hotel. Having gym access was also super great.

I asked to be near friends as I was staying alone and I was complete other side of the complex in a very quiet /hidden apartment so was a bit nervous . But apartment was very nice and sea view . Also no air conditioning only a ceiling fan that was if no use

The only downside is no air con. The ceiling fans were sufficient but in extreme heat you may need to rent additional fan or air con unit which can be arranged via reception.

The location is excellent! Close to the beach and fabulous restaurants all in walking distance. The rooms were immaculate. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior room this time which was fabulous overlooking the pool. It is our second stay here and will definitely come again.

I had an excellent weeks stay here self catering with my two adult sons. A spacious clean apartment with large balcony overlooking the pool. The staff we encountered were always friendly and helpful with the pool area and grounds cleaned and tended to daily. No complaints about the hotel at all as it suited all our needs. Pool area and other facilities were lively but not over crowded and was easy to get a spot by the pool most days. The location is perfect for beach, bars , food and shopping. Already looking to book next year to include children this time, highly recommended !

Reception staff could be friendlier and more informative based on our check in, issue with door and key access card. Plus observation handling others queries. WiFi only free at reception, payable per day per device (felt misleading to brochure which did state Wifi under facility), happy to pay if needed but know for some with kids could alter a holiday if strict budget. Lighting over the shower - stunning bathroom but slippy at end and dark. (Older guests r young kids). Drink prices at pool bar.

location was fantastic love this hotel but was given a dated room not the same as last year so was a bit disappointed and had no fan or air con in bedroom so had to rent a fan but other than that was good staff very helpful just wish there was an iron in every room rather than having to rent one as well but had a fantastic holiday

The room was very tired. Although it does look like a refurbishment is taking place. We had a room overlooking the main road. Great for sat people watching but next time I will try and book a pool view.

Woke each morning to a sea of towels left on sunbeds which is a bit unfair as some of the people did not appear until after lunch.

Perfect location, a stones throw from the beach and the main area with loads of great shopping centres and restaurants.

Fabulous location, right in the middle of everything but not at all noisy at night. Felt very safe. Extremely close to beach also which is another bonus. Apartment was lovely and absolutely spotless. I was half board and food was lovely with great choice. Staff lovely and friendly too. I was a solo traveller on this occasion but will definitely be returning with my family. 5* from me.

The apartment allocated to us was not what was shown on the website pics. The apartment althought clean was in need of refurbishment, it was tired looking & the ceiling fan had years of dust stuck to the blades. Customers should be made aware of this when booking so they can upgrade.

Cant be closer to the playas, every thing is convenient, supermarkets, restaurants everywhere. The only thing was that we had 2 cockroaches when we arrived, we asked to change room they say they could not..
