Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff were very helpful and really nice. Location was brilliant close by to lots of bars and restaurants and the beach. Food at the hotel was delicious especially the bbq on a Tuesday. Our 1 bed apartment was really spacious and beds very comfortable.

Extremely clean. Beautiful views and well kept garden areas. The food was high quality and the staff was friendly, relaxed and very helpful. Apartments are generously sized and the beds made for a great nights sleep.

The bar person was not friendly, the access to the bar from the pool is not good
Great welcome from the very friendly front desk. The reception at the bar was a little less friendly and it is a little awkward going from pool area to the bar.

Having to leave apartment at 12 midday the day we were leaving. We had a late flight and if we were allowed to stay in the apartment for another few hours, it would have been very helpful.

Our apartment was spacious but thought the lighting in the rooms could have been much brighter.
The breakfast was included in our holiday and was excellent. There was a variety of cold and hot breakfast which was great start to the day. The hotel was very clean and well maintained.

Air conditioning isn't available in the 'winter', regardless of the actual temperature. So in late march when it's 30 degrees, you don't get air con. This isn't mentioned in the property details. A bit of variety at breakfast would be nice, and some of the food and beverages felt a little cheap (e.g. orange cordial instead of orange juice). No shower gel/body wash dispensers in the shower, which is unusual for a hotel of this standard.
Variety of accommodation from apartments to bungalows, many of which are spaced out giving lots of privacy. Very large pool. Lots of loungers available, and a nice solarium area. Breakfast is pretty good, but repetitive - no variety from day to day. We were upgraded to a two bed bungalow, which had lots of room, and good outdoor space and furniture (table, chairs, loungers, sun brolly). Comfortable bed, excellent kitchen facilities. Check out time of midday is great on the last day of your holiday.

A couple of negatives being a suggestion that they invest in another coffee machine as spent a lot of time queuing for one machine between everyone at the resort. On departure (yesterday) we found the female receptionist very rude. Approximately 5pm. Other staff members were friendly.

The staff here are fabulous and responsive to any concerns which were promptly resolved. You feel safe in your surroundings. The beach is at a walkable distance and we felt safe to go there in the evenings. Thank you so much for making the stay of my parents and myself so memorable. We would return for sure.

Our terrace area and the grassy area opposite the tennis courts was dirty and lots of ? Large pieces of paint blowing about and other debris. Only cleaned on our last day
