The place was so clean. I spoke to the cleaning lady Angeles and she was so enthusiastic and helpful. She always said hello and made me feel welcome. She took a lot of pride in her work.

The communication with the host was very difficult, the messages received from their website were only in Spanish language. When I ask to receive information in English, I was directed to a whatsapp number, and in this way I could speak and understand with the host. It was very difficult to obtain the key code for the appartment - I receive it only after i insisted on mobile phone and with 15 minutes before our arriving at the appartment. Very stressing!

WIFI was very poor. I needed to use EU roaming. Kitchen was very basic. No cups and no washing machine and limited cooking area would make it less suitable for a long stay. But as it is a few minutes walk to restaurants, this is not a problem for a shorter break

The location was excellent and the 180 view from the windows The outside area was an added bonus and was really spacious. The sofa bed turned out to be very large and comfortable

Loved it! It's right in the center of Seville historic dictrict, but in quiet street. 5-10 minutes walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Very good apartment, we very satisfied.

Payment through Booking.com would have been preferable.

The location was very good. The apartment was adequately furnished. The kitchen was adequately equipped for simple meals but not a complex meal. There was plenty of hot water.

I didn’t like the communication, too many emails asking for payment and check in in advance and the payment system wasn’t very friendly. You need time and patience.

It was very clean, a nice space, everything went very good, location was great, we really liked the flat.

I didn't get code in time and no one was available to help. Other (Spanish) guests helped us with communication with host. Several other guests had same difficulty on same day. Such a shame,as accommodation was splendid.

Our adventure in Spain began when we arrived by taxi to our accommodation at Iberflat Fabiola. We arrived late due to a delay in our flight which resulted in the owner not being there to greet us at 3.00pm. In fact, the manager apparently sent several emails to us but due to not having internet in Marseille, we were not able to complete the necessary paperwork on- line prior to arriving at Iberlfat Fabiola. Consequently, when we arrived we could not, firstly, open the Heavy Duty Door to the group of apartments and stood out side wandering what to do ? Firstly, I rang all the apartment intercom buttons until one resident came to his balcony to assist us by opening the door, enabling us to move our suitcases off the street and into the entrance. Meanwhile, Mark and Laura who were staying in an apartment (opposite where we were staying) provided great assistance to us and eventually we contacted the owner who sent both the Gate Code and Apartment Code by phone. The apartment was spacious, modern and simply the best accommodation that we had experienced so far on our journey. We had air-conditioning, the most comfortable, wonderful bed which enabled us both to sleep well and to awake refreshed the following morning. Everything about this apartment was excellent . . . .The kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area were superb . . . .no downsides !!!! together with the modern lift which was located right outside our door. Our Apt was located in the center of the town, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Rating: 9.5/10
