You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Maybe there was a little water in the bathroom after bathing and there was not enough cloth or mop to wipe it and it had to be mopped, but the towels could be replaced every day.
Everything was very clean, coffee maker in the room and very friendly staff. We arrived very early and were allowed to check in without extra charge. Near the beach and shops, as well as various cafes and restaurants.

A few amenities for the kitchenette would be great, like dish soap, sponge, etc.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet, close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and the port.

Nothing we didn't like but would recommend having some cleaning products available for the dishes in the kitchen when washing up.
The hotel was in an idea location just a block back from the beach. Staff were so friendly and it was the perfect place for us. The room was alittle smaller than expected but since it was just for two off us it was fine and the balcony was an added extra. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The bed was moving as it is separating on wheels
Fantastic view from our room on the top floor and location. Very well equipped with mini kitchen including 2 burner hob, microwave, and a small selection of pots, pans. Helpful staff at the reception, and great cleaning service

The hotel is not special in terms of cosiness or a special vibe, but it has all the amenities a holidaymaker needs: plenty of space for belongings, kitchenette with all kinds of utensils (even a juicer and a toaster, not to mention a coffee machine), a balcony with a hanger for towels or clothes. The beach is a short walk from the hotel.

There were few ants to see. There was no double bed but 2 beds which were put together so that's why they kept separating. You can also hear everything through the walls but fortunately all guests were normal so there was not much noise.

The bed could be more comfortable and with a king/queen mattress, not two single beds. The shower was leaking into the bathroom floor, our freezer compartment in the fridge was not freezing anything.

We noticed some traces of use of the furniture in the apartment. But in general everything worked.
I liked location of the apartments near the sea, great restaurant Dos Pins Grill & Restaurant, quite garden and close to the supermarkets . Our apartments had all necessary equipment for cooking. The cleaning made every day. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The only thing I'd improve is to have a bit more space for the meals or a bigger table.
The room/apartment had everything we needed for the trip. Kitchen well equipped. The size of the room was more than adequate. It was comfortable and with great light exposure. The staff was very kind.
