The pool needed a bit of attention and the wind caused lots of rattling noises in our apartment causing disturbed sleep. The maids only swept the floor. I feel it needed mopping at least once in a 10 night stay.

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had everything we required. The view from the balcony was just perfect. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect

Very little not to like. The only irritation was that we were put in a different apartment on first night as ours wasn't ready. There was nothing wrong with the apartment but it was unsettling, with time spent hanging around next day waiting for move to booked apartment. This is the only reason for not giving 10/10 and in fairness the staff were apologetic and throughout our stay friendly and helpful.

Much to like and would happily return. For two of us a spacious three room apartment, with one large balcony off living area and two smaller ones off bedrooms, so always sun when wanted. Kitchen and living area good. Cleaner every other day. Great location, a few minutes from seafront and promenade but in nicely quiet street. The apartment complex was quiet too, and well maintained.

Lovely quiet location but resort centre was easily accessible within 10 minutes. Nice balcony overlooking the pool which proved to be a perfect sun trap!! One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in!!

Heated pool is definitely not heated. We changed several places and this was the only place with officially heated pool - all were the same cold as hell :) Better to swim in ocean

Location is very nice and comfortable. No problem with car parking. Supermarkets and beaches are within walking distance. Breakfast are very very good- would give 5 stars for it.

The instructions on the safe missed a crucial bit of information that you need to pay first at reception to activate it. The instructions should say that as would have saved a lot of my time trying to work it out.

Kitchen not greatly equipped for 4 people. For example, there were 4 adults in our group and there were only 3 mugs and a tiny frying pan. Didn't like having to pay for breakfast for all the party even though some of the party did not book for breakfast or go to breakfast..

The staff were fantastic! The whole complex and apartment was spotless. A cleaner every 2 days and towel change was wonderful! Breakfast was delicious! Location was great.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and supermarket. Great restaurants nearby. Lovely quiet area. The place is so well run. Everywhere is so well maintained and spotlessly clean. The beds are super comfy. They offer alternative pillows as the ones laid out are very high. Paid a deposit and got lovely big pool towels and wifi booster. The decor is simple and modern. The pool is lovely. The staff are fantastic, very pleasant and friendly. Loved it here.

The location was perfect, five minutes walk to the beach , approximately eight minutes walk to Costa Teguise centre with lots of lovely restaurant’s, bars and shops. The apartment was spacious and modern with a lovely south facing balcony . The receptionist Natalia was very helpful with lots of great WhatsApp messages recommending different restaurants and places to visit.

Apartment was lovely, however we did end up in an apartment in the corner that never really got the sunshine at any time during the day.

We have stayed here a few times and it gets better with each stay. The room was spotless, all members of reception were extremely helpful and the restaurant is clean and food exceptional.

Towels could be a bit nicer as appeared clean but well used ! Fine for a week but if wanted to cook , then pretty poorly stocked and only hob and microwave/ grill .
