If I'm being picky, then Towels/bedding not changed throughout our stay. No details to say where to find clean towels if required. Knifes were blunt, asked reception if they had any others as we wanted this for cutting the Fish, sadly they were all the same. Recommend sharper knife as a blunt knife can be just as dangerous as a sharp one.

15 mins from airport depending on traffic - approx 18 euros in taxi - we arrived slightly early than the 3pm check in. But this was not an issue. Use the code and found our room. good size apartment, nice little balcony to sit and have tea in the morning. our room 35 was on the same floor as the terrace - this was a big bonus on the sunny days we did have. The area, was quiet and very relaxing. Just what we wanted.

The building suffers from poor soundproofing and other travellers have commented on this aspect but overall it didn't bother me too much.

The apartment and building was very clean. The wifi was fast and reliable. There's a little supermarket right next to it. Los Abrigos is a quiet area.

There is a big problem to park your car. In the evening there are no free places. The best chance to park your car right on first line by the sea side.

The location was perfect, overlooking the harbour and very handy for buses and the airport. The bed was comfortable. A spacious apartment and we had everything we needed for cooking. The WiFi was good. Igor was very helpful and his directions for access were excellent. If you want the harbour..we were in apartment 1D.

very echoey building. locals talk loud throughout the night, banging doors etc midnight & after as it’s not late for them. reception only manned in morning. cafe/bar closed throughout our stay. No oven cooking equipment & hot water scolding. no bedding or towel change for 6 days!!

I did have a few issues entering the building, I had to wait for another guest to let me in. The sun loungers were a little old and broken and could do with replacing.

The accommodation had everything I needed and was in a great location for my cycling adventures. The area has lots of charm, the accommodation is a 1-minute walk to the harbor area for great food and views.

It was in the centre of los abrigos where there are nice bars and restaurants all serving Canarian foos at very reasonable price as was the local beers,it’s only short walk over the new footpath to san telmo where there are many more facilities,I would return again

Ikea furniture that is not very solid is hung on 2 small nails, photo wallpaper and wallpaper above the bed hung on the nails and adhesive tape problem with electricity, fuses turned off every hour so problem with food storage, no help after reporting to the reception.
