I was surprised by the lack of soap in the bath. There is also no hairdryer in the room, you can rent it for an additional fee. But it’s our fault that we didn’t book carefully. It’s not indicated in the description. There is a TV, but the remote control for it is for an additional fee.

The breakfasts were quite good. There is a free parking, subject to availability.

That 1% of staff, One of the staff members males with pink hair (didn't get his name) he had an attitude problem with customers. Myself been one of them! He was rude, aggressive & had no customer service awareness. I work it Hospitality myself & if he was one of my staff if he didnt change his ways fast he'd be gone!

No entertainment as such, noise from other rooms sometimes ( single sex groups) language around the bar not great for children, no aircon, lots of steps and hilly walk ups from bar to bar. Bar snacks poor - same every day, cold fries, hotdogs, burgers etc,

The items for self catering were minimalist - one wonky bread knife and no cutting board for example, but there was enough to manage. The location was a 25 minute walk to the main town, and uphill on the way back ,we are fit but if you're not I think there are buses ( and scooters ) or cabs.

Decent sized room and bathroom with self catering facilities ( hob, fridge , sink etc ). The reception was well run and efficient. The complex had a restaurant and pool. The pool is quite big and not overly busy. We didn't use the restaurant.

had to pay a 10 euro deposit for the TV remote and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable - hot water lasted about 3 minutes but not a huge issue as the weather was nice

No shops or restaurants nearby. The hill is an absolute killer to walk up.

Nobody came to our room to offer clean towels until our final day. we were there for five days, and the maid trolley was going around as I saw it on a few occasions, but nobody came near our room.

The staff were very friendly and it was value for money.

Need a shop when turned up the nice reception man said we can get drinks at pool bar but they refuse us without band on since we were up since 4am could not get key till 4pm was not happy but still enjoyed stay but would not use bar because of this

Far from a beach,hotel in mountain,bus transfer only one or twice a day and transfer back only couple of days per week.

Pool should be little warmer. Breakfast could vary more. Don't have warm blankets. Drunk and loud brittish tourist.

Most of the clientele were Northern UK and weren't particularly nice to the staff. They were just there to eat and drink as much as they could, and it showed. Enormous. No wifi in the rooms. If you have a room at the bottom by the pool, it's a decent walk up a big hill to just get out of the place
