Easy access to supermarkets. Shopping centre right across the street. Numerous bus stops. Walking distance to the beach. Staff helpful and pleasant.

We were on the ground floor so more security on the doors and windows would have been good but not essential as the property was secured at night time and the main doors locked

A little dated, but still ok for the price. The hot water tank doesn’t hold enough water for one shower. Wi-Fi should really be included these days.

There was no plug socket near to the micro wave so every time we used it we had to pick it up and move it to a socket. Facilities very basic and apartments very dated.

Very close to the yumbo centre and apartments and communal areas very clean. New pool is excellent.

The only complaint is that the lighting could be a little stronger.

Have stayed here 7 times now and like the location (next to the Yumbo), the size of the apartments, free parking and easy access to Playa and the beach. We had a late flight and they let us stay free until 4 o'clock which was a real bonus.

Apartment could do with a make over or an upgrade as it was a bit tired in some places

Wi-fi not worth the money. Lack of plug outlets/sockets. Bad socket connection in bathroom (ap 102). Very hard beds. No soap, washing up liquid or washing up brush/sponge- it would have been nice to know this beforehand so we could have taken these things with us. Washing up not included In cleaning.

Location (near beach, sand dunes and good restaurants), big pool and lovely garden. Nice, well-planned apartment with patio. Safety box. Very clean. Amazing Italian restaurant (not a part of the hotel) in the garden/pool area.

The water went cold heater quickly the man came and fixed it bur after a shower u had to wait 5 mins between a shower not a big problem. Also the rooms are very out dated if u can look beyond that it's clean and tidy and easy to reach to alot of places and the staff are friendly. I would recommend it.

Initially we were not very happy. It is dated and our apartment smelled of smoke, but after airing out it was so much better. The staff were all fantastic and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and housekeeping was very pleasant. The location is great and the complex is very clean.

I liked everythings. The people in the resepsion was very kind and helpfull all time. also the person was working in the night was helpfull and kind (Luis). the apartement was very clean and they clean everyday. There was no Iron mavhine, i asked in the resepsion and i got one at once. The apartement just outside Jumbo center, the bus stasion outside, and the minimarket also. it was was quite.

The rooms can get a bit noisy but they've installed new windows.

The staff are always wonderful, so kind, and helpful. The location is amazing as is the pool. This is my second time here!
