Great location not too much of a hill to walk into town but there is also a bridge over the main road to the beach. Good shower (on the wall) and also the living and kitchen area had enough equipment for making a meal. Balcony is small ish but perfectly adequate for a couple to sit on - we are on low floor the view was still good but would be better further up. The time we went the other people were pleasant and quiet brill that it is adult only roof terrace was great had good views and whilst the first few days the hot tub was freezing this was sorted and was warm and welcomed. Pretty much left alone given codes for gates to enter and leave WiFi was brilliant.

Nothing. Property doesn’t have all mod cons e.g. air con a lot of plugs etc. but location/staff/cleanliness makes up for this and I love this property

The jacuzzi in the solarium was not working which was disappointing. Also there was only 3 of everything (2 of some things) which is a bit awkward.

The apartment is lovely with a relatively good view of the beach. The location is excellent although you do need to climb quite a lot of steps to reach the apartment from the beach,

Very good location to town centre, apartment was very clean and with only 15 apartments in the block, it was also quiet at night. Chairs & sunbeds always available at rooftop garden and swimming pool.

First of all the apartment was absolutely fantastic, comfy beds, great kitchen, lovely living space and great balcony. The staff were amazing and even let us arrive early which was a great help. They went above and beyond plus the welcome bottle of red wine was very nice. The solarium area has stunning views and very comfortable beds but we usually went by the pool which was shaded until 1pm. The walk from Tiffany's was flat and took us 6 minutes where as the beach is just across the road. All in a all a perfect place to stay.

if I was being picky I would say that the property is a little dated but for the price is is really good value and has all essential amenities.

location, security, roof terrace. smart tv in room so can watch Netflix if not going out in evening. View from balcony is so pretty and walk to the beach really enjoyable.

There's a walkway and a bridge across the road to the beach. It's 39 steps down/up, so may not be suitable if you have mobility problems. Taxies, however, will deliver you to the main gate.

The apartments are in the perfect location for the beach, marina and a few local bars. The main centre for bars, restaurants and shops was about a 10 minutes walk away. A taxi from the centre cost €3.85! Staff were friendly and helpful. The manager even let us keep one of our rooms after checkout time, as we weren't being picked up until 4.30pm, no charge!! Plenty of room for clothes and plenty of hangers for a change! Separate bedroom and bathroom and living space. Kitchen is equipped with enough utensils to cook a full breakfast as we did a couple of times. Bathroom has a full sized hair dryer and kitchen even has washing up liquid and sponge! There was a lot of redecoration going on while we were there, so it should be even better by the summer. Would recommend and would return. Very good value for money!!

The property was excellent value for money and we were more than happy with everything.

The property is excellent value for the money, very well located, with superb views and close to the beach, easily within walking distance. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and was recommended to us by some friends who have previously visited the property more than once. There are 3 floors, a swimming pool and a roof terrace and accessed by either stairs and a lift. We visited the 3rd week in March and the weather was stunning, and we have already booked it for a return visit next year !

What not to love about these apartments

Great location very near the beach loved the roof top solarium and hot tub area. Great burws from there. Perfect apartment so near the beach and all other facilities in Puerto Rici
