Our friend arrived a week after us and got apartment above was a lot more modern with more appliances bed settee needs replacing in 1b

A little old and scruffy. A mysterious leakage in the bathroom when showering. Faulty kettle blew fuse. (Told staff but was not replaced) A change of towels and bedding was promised, but never happened. Ditto floor mopping. Washing machine connected to hot water, could have ruined some fabrics.

Excellent location. Good bus connections. Bed comfy. Morning sun on balcony. Lift and pool with bar. Very clean on arrival. Friendly staff. Short distance to food shops and restaurants. Centro commercial close by.

Most of the equipment are too old (No fancy material at all) Sometimes, the Wifi and internet did not work properly. Only once we saw insects in the bedroom.

The Location is great and the hosts are kind and helpful.

Pool area was nice but pool itself not very clean. There was one corner of the pool itself full of rubbish. Apartment adequate, but very dated.

This was a Winter visit and expected it to be chilly. There was only 1 heater in the apartment so the bedroom and bathroom was always cold at 12-14 degrees. The cold floor tiles made us feel even more cold but of course, in the Summer, cooler tiles would be essential. The facilities were all right for a budget stay but we were worried about the toilet bowl, which rocked when we sat on it. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the apartment and we had to go to the small lobby to use it. It was fast but it was cold sitting there while using it.

This is very much a budget apartment and for the price paid, was very fair. I liked the balcony and the first rays of morning sunshine. The location was very good for my purposes, I was visiting my sister who lives in the area and as I did not need the beach, the 1.5+ Km walk to it was not a problem. If I wanted a beach stay, I would have not booked here. The hosts were very good but I did not have time to visit the restaurant so cannot comment on it. Close to shops, restaurants and some bars.

poor equipment in the kitchen, everything dated. cracks in tiles on flooring in lounge area n bathroom. hole in tiles in the kitchen with wires poking out that I daren’t touch. taps dripping and kitchen light fitting held on with ducktape.

The location was great. The room well equipped, nice big balcony were you could enjoy the morning sunshine. Small pool at the bk and the owner was helpfull.

I liked everything, and have now stayed at these apartments 6 times.

Great location. Supermarkets a short walk. Near to bus stops. Also close(ish) to beach and bars and restaurants.

the property was very tired , lots of things broken ! Shower head couldn’t be attached to the wall , the facings on sockets came away when you unplugged an appliance , beds very uncomfortable , very low of crockery ie no bowls for cereal or deserts , chipped mug of which there were two only , no door on the living room , keys to front door were very difficult to turn , pool area very unkept and every sun bed was broken although pool quite nice , all just very tatty !!!

I could hear someone in the next room upstairs having sex. This made it difficult to calmly conduct online meetings during the day and also sleep at night.
