The accommodation was comfortable and clean. We were allocated 2 studios on first floor. Unfortunately there was an issue with cockroaches in the studios on a few occasions. We asked to change apartments but there were non available, which cause some distress to two female travelers.

Rooms were dated, we were on the bottom floor 003 and it was just a very old badly located room… balcony was terrible and in the morning times you could here everything so if you wanted a lie in then you literally couldn’t

Like many hotels in this area everything is very old and would need to be updated a little bit.

Very clean nice hotel with small kitchen. We stayed on the 4 floor and had a nice view and nice balcony with furniture. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool area was ok.

The swimming pool was only sunny in the morning, so if you are the person who likes to lay and have a dip in the pool all day, that would not be a great place to stay.

The hotel is located in the La Paz area of Puerto De La Cruz, which is very nice area but the hotel is close to very busy road, which spoils it a bit Also, from the room I stayed in, the view was on one side over El Teide but also on a petrol station. The room was clean and good enough for my stay (I was also working remotely). The bed was OK, but the pillows were not the best.

Was worried before going as had seen recent reviews on other sites that the place wasn't clean. Worries totally unfounded!

Nice pool, friendly staff, big room, excellent location for walking into town (as long as you like hills) with good local bar round the corner. Kitchen equipment more than adequate (unlike in some reviews). Room cleaned every 2 days. Lots of storage space. Pool view but not noisy ! Excellent value for money.

Kitchen could be a little better equipped, but for 2 nights it was doable. Very uncomfortable pillow (sorry, but my ears hurt in morning how hard it was). Silent hour start from midnights. We had problems with spanish neighbours who decided to party all through saturtday night, reception apparently couldnt do anything about it.

Nice view to pool from balcony. Pool itself was really nice. Room was clean, even though it is outdated. Good temperature inside room.

Have to be honest and say - the food could be a lot better. I opted for breakfast included which is unusual for me. It would be better to not serve food of that standard, but leave everyone to self-cater or serve cold breakfast choices only. The hot food items looked like they'd died a decade ago. Was tired on the last night of my stay and decided to opt to eat in at the dinner buffet. Bad choice. The food on display looked liked it had been prepared by a five-year old then been hung out to dry. Say no more.

I had a studio apartment on the 4th floor. It was the perfect size for one. It was on the quiet side of the hotel away from the pool area which was good. Had a balcony with a view of Teide when the clouds lifted. Studio was very clean and had all the basic equipment in the kitchen for cooking if you wanted to.

Our room was basic and a little bit run down, could do with an update probably, for example it didn’t have many convenient sockets for charging phones etc. But the beautiful views made up for it and it was always very clean. The staff are great.

Great central location, comfortable and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is really amazing and the terrace is very beautiful, great to relax and enjoy the sun.
