Our flat, located on the ground floor, was perfect for our group of 5. It uses all the available space in a clever way and has all the essentials without being cramped. It also has a few decorations here and there which make the flat very pretty. It is well equipped with all essentials readily available and in perfect condition. The location is absolutely perfect! Located exactly Infront of Casa de Pilatos with a small plaza Infront of apartment entrance, it is only a short walking distance to all the main sites in Seville and yet away from all the noise. We happened to be there when there was a football final between two Spanish teams...lots of partying and crowds but no noise whatsoever near the apartment. Absolutely perfect! I will definitely book again this apartment if I ever go again to Seville which I hope too as Seville is beautiful.

The kitchen is well equiped yet one wineglass is a bit poor. The espresso machine offers the possibility of making a double espresso yet none of the coffee mugs allow this. After flushing the toilet sometimes the water keeps running which is a waste of water. The isolation in the building is poor. You hear the nouse of the other apartments.

I had the apartment with the lovely roof terrace. Even in February I could enjoy this terrace a lot. There is laundry machine, dish washing machine, small microwave, small espresso machine. Good bed, comfortable bathroom. Above all: superb location, really quiet although on a touristic place. All this is more important than the " negative " remarks below.

The people downstairs were smoking in the court yard that they have access to and our washing hanging on the line in the court yard was permeated with smoke.

The location here is excellent! The view is lovely and it is quiet being set back from the street at the back of the plaza. It is walking distance to most things that you can see in a few days. The kitchen was well set out so you can cook at the apartment if you want to. Perfect for 4 people. I liked the code access so there's no confusion with keys etc. The Casa de Pilatos across the road is a must to see.

Everything was great.

The location was great, the place was very clean and the host was very responsive. There are shops and other amenities around. The rooftop is very nice as well.

There was a small of drains from the courtyard in the centre of the flat when it was hot. The photos on the website implied that the apartment was upstairs and had a roof terrace… ours was on the ground floor with a tiny courtyard with no view

as mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom does sometime have an unpleasant smell. it’s not anything the owner can really fix, but it is still an issue, especially at times when it’s too cold outside to keep the window open.

Balcony is separated from apartment. You have to go out of the apartment, take another key in order to go to balcony. It is private terrace meaning that no other guests can use it, but one day we came across some men watering plants. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were put all day but could be inconvenient.

Location is perfect, in the center of the old town but very quiet. Apartment is well equipped. It has everything you could need.

Very nice place to stay for 3-4 days in Sevilla. Perfect for 2 couples. It's closed to the main tourist attractions (8-10min walk). Rooms are well decorated and cosy.

I have no negative comments about the property.

The apartment perfectly suited our purposes. It is very well located near bars and shops and within easy walking distance of the city centre and the principal tourist attractions. However it is in a very quiet square and there is no traffic noise due to the excellent double glazing. The apartment is also very well appointed and the air conditioning is great!

The apartment is located in a quiet square so there is no noise at night. There are plenty of great tapas bars nearby as well as a small supermarket. Just 10-15 minute walk to most of the attractions in Seville. Would definitely stay again.
