Apartamentos Plaza is located in a fantastic location for a visit to Alicante, a 2 minute stroll from the sea front & marina and with very easy access to bars, restaurants and shopping. The train and tram stations are approx 15 minutes stroll away to the north of the city.

There was nothing we didn’t like & would have given a top score for facilities, but the shower / toilet off bedroom is small but that didn’t affect our impression or stay at the Plaza Apartment

The apartments are in a great location close to supermarkets bars restaurants, it had a well equipped kitchen, patio doors off the bedroom & living space onto the roof terrace which had seating & a sun lounger, it was spotlessly clean on arrival & we felt really comfortable & settled in straight away

We didn't like 2 separate beds that are moving on the floor easily. There is 5 minutes work for improvement - just connect it up together with rope 🪢 or similar

Location is wonderful, everything in 5-10 minutes walk distance. The apartment is large and has nice view to the next building's rooftop with palms. If it's cold, the air-conditioning works properly.

It was quite noisy till late as the neighbours in the other apartments didn’t seem to care, that the only thing tho .

Its location is spot on for visiting Alicante , very central to everything!!

The location was excellent. The balcony was so nice and I was happy there was an elevator. The showers need to be renovated. They were tiny. Even the smallest member of our group had a hard time turning around without accidentally hitting the water control and turning it off or on cold water.

Only one thing was disappointing. Not enough toalett paper, toiletties for 6 people. According to the host it was our job to buy. When you come for a long weekend you don't want to buy nor to bring with you on the plane basic stuff.

Unfortunately the walls seem to be very thin and neighbours within the apartment building (as well as other guests down the hallways) could be heard well into the night; if this is not a concern, then everything with respect to this apartment was great.

Oven didnt heat up. If you have any back issues the beds are too soft to give your back the support it might need.. Not a criticism just an inappropriate choice on my part.

Not enough natural light on one side of the apartment, need the lights on for one of the bedroom, living room and kitchen otherwise it was dark

Crockery was very basic very small cups, although we were not catering, so didn’t cook or anything, but it would have been short of appliances.

The shower cabin was very narrow for me (60 x 60 cm) and a soap holder would also be useful.

Downtown location, there are plenty of restaurants, pastry shops and tapas bars nearby. Right next to the Miro park. The beach promenade is also nearby and the grocery store is a 2-minute walk away. We also rented a car and found a parking house 100 meters away. Very comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect for a stay of a few days.
